It is a scam company, they took the money and did not send any confirmation email, also they don’t answer the phone calls, so all in all would not give them 1 star if it would be possible! Stay away from this company!!!

Pas de nouvelle de la commande, pas de suivi et pas de réponse aux emails .. arnaque ?

The product worked well…could really see a difference after 5 days use
Very fast shipping to the UK

Best
The app of our B Post (Belgium) states that they have delivered my package but I have not received anything. I contacted them but they said I had to contact the sender. I don't think this is okay. This is already the second problem! I hope that you know where my package is and that it is not lost and that you can find me a solution here!!MY TRACKNUMBER LZ640124044US

Only had product for two weeks and it stopped working. I think the product was working but hard so say since it quit working.

ExpertwhiteGEL.com is a scam site - do not use.. payment is taken by Glopal which is Paris based not US. Expertwhite.com is NOT a scam site and you should use this site... ExpertwhiteGEL.com took my money and I have not heard from them since with any kind of updates with regard to my order, shipping etc. Went on to the site to track my order when you put in the details it says "the CAPTCHA information you have put in is incorrect" basically they block any kind of communication reaching them.. TOTAL SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY

I never received the order and I was never refunded and it does not respond to leak.
a big scam this site never order impossible to contact them and I never received a refund

Je viens de vous envoyer un mail car pas de lien de commande 76Euros pas de livraison. Cela se passe comment si j attends encore 1semaine et que je ne recois rien. Faites vous le remboursement rapidement? Chaumentin emilie

I would rate minus 1 if possible.
the delivery and customer service has been a NIGHTMARE.
If you are outside of the USA DO NOT ORDER.
I have patiently waited 3 mounts Business Days and keep being told to wait another week.
The USPS tracking service requires a fee if you wish to track your item further and if you try to call the Customer Service line the Mailbox is full.
Avoid this company like the Plague

IO VOGLIO DENUNCIARE EXPERTWHITE ! TRUFFATORI ! RESTITUITEMI I SOLDI ! NON RIESCO A CONTATTARVI HO PROVATO A COMPILARE IL MODULO PER MANDAVI EMAIL E MI DA SEMPRE ERRORE. IL MIO NUMERO D'ORDINE è IL #49191
TRACKING NUMBER è UA473121102US

HO EFFETTUATO L'ORDINE IL 28 NOVEMBRE E DAL 4 DICEMBRE è FERMO A : LOS ANGELES CA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER ! FATEMI ARRIVARE IL PACCO OPPURE RIMBORSATEMI VI DENUNCIOOOOO !!!!!

It didn't take long until I was smiling from cheek to cheek again.

I had an issue with an undelivered item and this was rectified and fixed with great customer service added too!
