Recently purchased a pair of Monitor Audio Silver 300 Gen 7 Speakers from AV.. At first I called to by the Gen 6 as they were in my budget. Unfortunately they were out of stock, Andrew Scaife explained they had the gen7 and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse.
The speakers arrived the next day and unfortunately were damaged ! This happens its not uncommon, what's important is how the seller deals with the problem. Andrew was superb from start to finish. had them collected the same day and a new pair delivered in no time.
I highly recommend, excellent price superb customer service and communication.

Bought a Denon Ceol N11 from them when stocks nationwide were low and prices were high. Exceptional AV had stock, were not selling at an inflated price and when ordered in the afternoon, it arrived the next morning. What more could you ask for?

Everything as expected. Delivery on time with regular updates. Product and service great. I updated a part of a setup and the person I contacted was helpful and professional. New quote sent to me promptly and a sale agreed. Will use this company again and I highly recommend it.

Items arrived safe and sound after 1 month (pre order time)
Prices are ultra competitive and I'm really enjoying the streamer and speakers.

Top notch.
Top notch, i pre ordered as the bundle i wanted was not in stock, there was a delay in regards to the first email but that was because i ordered on a friday evening and they don't work on the weekend but early morning monday they confirmed what i knew already the items were on the way, there was a few days waiting but Karl kept me informed all the way and once all the items were in the items were dispatched and i got them next day. I'm very happy with the products and the service, would recommend.
