Hello. I live right next door and walk past on my way to Custom House Liz line however whenever there is an event, local residents have to suffer it's irritating. I don't care about your VIP guests, I need to be able to get to work and home without having to get caught in queues, mixing with strangers, or having to do long detours. Sort it out please.

The excel was a great experience all round. Except for one issue. THE SHOP( MARKET EXSPRESS) . ITS MEANT TO TAKE 10 POUNDS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY. THEN REFUND OR TAKE MORE ACCORDING TO WHAT YOU BUY .MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGH TWO COFFFES .ONE MINT AREO. WE WERE CHARGED 13 POUNDS,DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!!!. AND SO FAR CANT FIND A WAY TO GET A REFUND. WE ADVISE DONT USE THIS SHOP !!!!!!!

When things don't go to plan you guys pull together.
I am a 3rd party driver for the Thorns Group and I have seen over the years how some Driver / Work men get a bit upset when things don't go to plan especially when Drivers cannot understand English.
I watch you help download some passes for the guys who isn't the best on using modern technology like myself
you are so patient and calm and helpful

Yesterday my brother (who traveled from Norfolk) and myself when to the bike show it had to be worsed one ever. After paying £25 for parking then another £25 for entry shockingly small event same old rubbish as last year and the year before that, if it gets any smaller you could hold it in a pub car park. The only slight saving grace was the drag strip but after seeing it once was left wondering what next . If you're going to charge £25 you really need to sort this as I for one will not be going again

Went to see The jurassic world exhibition with my young son which was really good, however, The excel itself was closed except to people who were there for comicon. No proper toilet facilities and nowhere to eat. Stewards not helpful at all.

Very disappointed by The Fox pub at the Excel. Over the last 2 years of lockdowns this pub has been greatly supported by the local community visiting the pub in between lockdowns. Now, as more events are taking place, we were turned away very sharply due to not having an exhibitor badge, despite there being plenty of space for more patrons. Unfortunately it is another example of a big company having no loyalty or acknowledgment for the local community who support them.

We went for EGX and wasn't disappointed, lots of toilet facilities.
Staff were very helpful, loads of food choices. I would not go back to the Subway for food as my daughter wanted a plain white sandwich with ham. The bottom of the bread was mixed with another bread as it was brown and had seeds. So I took it back and have it me another and he just ripped the bottom of the bread off that sandwich cost £6.50 and my daughter didn't eat it as it was quite flat and I wouldn't have eaten it myself.
We ended up having Korean Noodles which were cheaper and much tastier.
Will be eatting them again xx

Not sure if this is ExCel and their management but we had the worst service ever at the coffee bar at the entry of ExCel. Apparently, another customer had already complained to management but nothing was done. There are other beverage booths but not when ExCel is closed to exhibitions so tourists have to suffer the incompetent service at this coffee place. Please do something ExCel, it ruined the day ut

Splento team has dealt with this venue. Great place for conferences and seminars: huge, equipped with high tech material. Will be happy to photograph there again if required!

I had to go there on Saturday to register for the London Marathon. I wanted less than an hour's parking but they have a flat fee of £15 for up to 24 hours, so I went in and left my son to take my car for a spin. When I contacted them they were very dismissive of my concerns, they claim to be 'competitive' with similar venues in the area, i.e. a very take it or leave attitude. In future I shall leave it.
