Only went in to sign back up to the gym but all the staff were very friendly and couldn't help enough.

Very good clean tidy not super busy easy to get on equiptment staff really friendly great atmosphere

I cannot recommend the Neptune Centre highly enough! Amazing facilities, brilliant classes (I attend Dance Fitness and Circuits with Amy which are brilliant, fun and vibey classes, Pilates with Maria twice per week to help build core strength and restore balance, The Rig with Paul and Nicky, which are great little blasts and really help get a quick, thorough and intense workout and Boxercise with Nicky, which is amazing for fitness and confidence) and I must pay credit where due to all of the absolutely fantastic staff - in particular I’d like to highlight and thank Nicky, who is one of the most knowledgeable, passionate and incredible people I’ve met along my fitness journey - not only does she provide excellent diet and nutrition information and personal training, but she also gives amazing Hot Bamboo massages to help recovery and injury prevention too! I’m so glad I found not only the Neptune Centre, but the amazing community and support network within the centre too! ALL of the instructors are amazing and really help make you feel included. A huge shout out to the lifeguard team too as they’re incredibly diligent and super helpful! Exercise and activity really is for everybody, and at the Neptune, I’m sure you’ll be supported to move your body in whatever way you can, and to feel the benefits of getting fitter and being more active!

My only regret is not finding this centre sooner!

The staff & the facilities are excellent friendly helpful staff members & an extremely safe environment for health and fitness membership is a very wise choice

The equipment in the gym is great , the staff are very friendly and helpful, the building and equipment are always clean definitely recommend anyone wanting to join a gym use this one

Terrible reception staff ! Very rude and unhelpful! It’s a shame as the facility are great and the other staff are very friendly just one staff member (old woman blonde with glasses ) bringing the place down why work in a reception if you don’t like helping customers! Neptune centre Middlesbrough.

Just got back swimming Neptune centre after hip replacement reception all the pool staff first class helpful and friendly cannot ask for anything more thank everyone eric wood

Very pleasant , knowledgeable staff and clean facilities

It was my first time at Aquafit and was a little nervous meeting new people. Upon arriving everyone was so welcoming and the instructor included everyone in the class. Will definitely 💯 recommend and have already booked for next Friday.

Awful company, don't cancel memberships despite asking twice over the phone and speaking to a manager. A month after they still hadn't cancelled the adult swimming lesson I had requested and had to go the the center where I had to pay £45 as they had to cancel gym membership and register again in order to cancel the swimming lessons.
Found out last week they've also cancelled my son's swimming lessons after attending his usual weekly session and the teacher could not find him on the system. Got a call manager who informed me it was cancelled at my request which I never did. Went to the centre to sign him back up thinking I'd set the direct debit again and pay this month's fee as my son had attended a session last week but was informed I need to pay £70 as I have to register a new membership for him despite attending swimming lessons the last year.
Very frustrating, will be cancelling my current membership and going elsewhere.

The venue I use is the Neptune Centre in Middlesbrough. Generally tidy and has Covid measures in place including cleaning facilities for each workstation used.
