EverWith® Memorial Jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty against construction defects, while our coloured resin is covered by a 1-year guarantee from the date of purchase. Care guide instructions are included with every piece of jewellery when it is delivered to you, helping you to care for and enjoy your memorial jewellery for years to come.
Meticulous Production & Quality Control
Every piece of EverWith® memorial jewellery is individually handcrafted by our experienced team. There are many delicate stages involved in creating each piece, and we take great care to ensure that every stage is completed with precision.
We photograph and audit every step of the production process, from the moment your precious ashes or hair arrive with us through to the completion of your jewellery. These photographic records provide a detailed audit trail throughout the creation of your piece and allow us to carefully monitor every stage of the process.
We operate in a sterile environment and work on only one jewellery order at a time. Your ashes or hair, your order details and your jewellery are kept together throughout the process, helping us maintain complete traceability and minimise any risk of contamination.
Every stage is carefully checked and documented, helping to ensure that your loved one's ashes or hair are handled with the utmost care, accuracy and respect. Our rigorous quality-control process gives you added reassurance that your jewellery has been made specifically for you and that your precious materials have been treated with the care they deserve.
Any unused ashes are carefully retained and returned to you with your completed jewellery. We believe that every part of your order should be handled with the same level of care and dignity from beginning to end.
Our Refurbishment Service
We want your EverWith® memorial jewellery to remain something you can treasure for many years to come. Once your 1-year warranty has expired, we offer a refurbishment service to help restore and refresh your jewellery.
Depending on the condition of your jewellery and your individual requirements, our refurbishment service can include replating, resizing and replacing missing stones where necessary. Our experienced team will assess your jewellery and advise you on the most appropriate options.

A beautiful ring/memorial for my late wife. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was I opted for the diamond dust addition and I cannot see what if any difference it made. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

Everything was just excellent
Everything from beginning to end was very easy to follow when ordering. Once order received by EverWith an email is forwarded confirming they are in possession of what you’ve sent, which is very re assuring. I omitted something from my order form and I received a query email to confirm my wishes, this didn’t delay the time of me receiving my requested piece of jewellery, which I love.
