Very friendly staff, fast service & lovely waiting area with free drinks.
They did use to pick up & return my mobility car which was very helpful to me. I'm not sure why that has stopped but still very happy with the service.

Alex and Iain went above and beyond helping me today. I arrived not entirely sure what I was wanting and they helped every step of the way! Would fully recommend going here!

I had a problem with the cooling system, it was leaking litres of coolant. I went into the dealership on Tuesday and was booked in for the following day. Needed a new water pump and a problem with my exhaust system was discovered during the checks, this was also changed and fixed. Over the course of a day and a half all the problems where sorted. Again the help i was given and the explanation of the work undertaken was fully explained to me.

We have had two cars from this garage and although we had some issues with the car which didn’t have anything to do with the dealership they have been fantastic, we received so much support in the change of vehicle and they always go above and beyond to help and advise, after bad customer service from the dealership in Durham we wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

My car needed to be serviced due to a 'recall'. The day before the booked service, I explained I needed my car back as quickly as possible due to a family member being admitted to hospital. The guy I spoke to on the telephone was extremely understanding and my car was collected and brought back very quickly. Thank you - Greatly appreciated.
