The full process of booking my car in for a service was easy from start to finish.

From receiving my initial text message service reminder to the car being returned home to me at the end of the day the service was exceptional! The staff I had contact with were all very helpful and polite and explained everything to me,the video of the car health check was very clear and informative. I will certainly use them for my next service!

Service & MOT carried out very efficiently and I was updated on progress as needed by the receptionist. A required part was ordered and fitted the next day and my car was collected from and returned to my home by
Anthony who was very helpful.

The MOT was completed quickly and efficiently.

I purchased my car from the Leeds branch and drove it back to Nottingham. An electrical fault developed after the 2nd week and I was advised to take to the local garage to be investigated. Christmas time pressure was evident but the garage managed to fit me in on the 27th December. The work was completed over a couple of visits where the technician took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was, and why it was so difficult to detect. Throughout, the service team have been fantastic - what a wonderful team - exceptional in this day and age.

Easy to book MOT and service on line. Dropped car off and was ready at given time.

I was called a few days before just to confirm I was coming to the cars MOT. Rebecca was really good on the phone and on the day. It was in the midst of storm Darragh so football was cancelled. I got there for 8:30 I asked off if the MOT could be done a little quicker and Rebecca said she'd try and will give me a ring. It was done for 10:45 got there at 11 and they were just finishing the paper work. I was in and out and it was as you would expect :)

My Insignia was booked in to Evans Halshaw Nottingham on a Wednesday under warranty for repair, an hour later I received a call informing me of the cost (£500) incase the warranty didn't cover the repair. The work was done and I picked my car up that day, I was informed that the warranty people had not replied to go ahead with the work but I got my car back anyway. On the following Monday I was informed by the service department that they had finally received full payment for the repair. Great customer service as I could have been without my car for 6 days. Thank-you customer service lady's. 5 Star.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the work done on my Insignia's transmission by your engineers. Your customer service staff member, Rebecca, was five-star excellent in every regard.

Having visited Evans Halshaw Abbeyfield Road Nottingham 26-Nov for a gear transmission fault on my Insignia - I cannot praise the staff and service dept more. The lady on service reception was superb and could not have been more helpful. I also had occassion to speak with the technician working on my vehicle as he had some further questions as to what the problem I had been experiencing in order that he could deal with the problem effectively and efficiently which he did 0 car is now running superbly

Timely and efficient.

Very efficient service with friendly and helpful staff..

My car was issued with a recall notice and although the parts were not immediately available I received a phone call when they were. An appointment was arranged at a time convenient to myself, the car was picked up, dealt with, washed and cleaned to a high standard. Rebecca phoned to inform me when the car would be returned and Anthony returned it . They are both very professional and considerate.

Another perfect experience for my service from Evans Halshaw in Nottingham. From the booking in service - I had a phone call reminder, to the actual day. Really great staff there, from the service desk to the staff doing the work. Car cleaned in and out immaculately and in good time. Thank you and please never close!

I had recently lost my husband and had to sell his vehicle due to financial difficulties. The sales advisor who dealt with myself was absolutely amazing she was so compassionate and thoughtful throughout the whole situation making this devastating time for me a little easier. It was amazing when I took my car for a service a man called Matt asked me straight away of I needed any help and he offed to park my car for me.
He even had a look for my wheel locking nut and handbook as I didn't know where they was...always so helpful and they take there time to explain what's going to happen highly recommend
