Highly recommend Katie
I bought a Citroen C3 today, Katie has looked after me from the first enquiry (a few days ago) to the purchase. Katie made everything so easy and straight forward, and explained every step to me. The car is beautiful and was really well priced. I am delighted with the purchase. I part exchanged my car which was handled really well. Katie went over and beyond to support me. Katie’s customer service and care was superb from start to finish. I would highly recommend Katie to anybody for her honesty and no fuss approach. There was no hard sale and nothing forced or pushed onto me. I could take my time at every stage whilst being fully supported.

Nearly new Astra purchase at Evans Halshaw Newport Vauxhall
Got a great 30% + discount off list price on a pre registered Astra with just 1 mile on the clock. The salesman Luke Palmer was excellent all-round, He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Cant fault the service I received from Luke at Newport Vauxhall.

Clear telephone booking.
From booking the service with someone who spoke in a good clear manner. To the nice kind gent who picked up and dropped off my car. Didn't really recognise my car when it came back from service sparkling as it had been in an airport carpark for two weeks prior near a tree and covered in birdy do doos.
Grand job all around.

Smashed my tail light cost me 10 years…
Smashed my tail light cost me 10 years no claims bonus, dont return my calls, cars are absolutely crap dont ever buy, lease, or borrow an electric car super expensive to run and charge, breakdown with faults and expensive repairs. goes in for repair and they return it to me with a smashed light and dent. had proof through photos it went into Vauxhall Sloper rd Cardiff absolutely fine. i will never ever deal with these again. all the staff do is gossip like a load of old women and ignore their customers.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Given the car had a do not drive notice, they tried to push off a Citroen badged airbag over the factory fitted DS one which was being replaced, the service agent’s attitude was well below par. I needed to push back and be assertive to get the right outcome, which was actually achievable from the start as they had DS logo airbags in stock. Absolute shambles.
