Service - would recommend!
Took my car in for it's yearly service - also had a free health check performed which was reassuring. Staff were friendly and knowledge, work was carried in the timeframe planned, really impressed overall

Good service from the get go
Good service from the get go. Made the appointment over the phone for an mot and service, the guy was very polite and helpful.
My appointment was booked for 10 and I turned up early but it wasn't a problem, they took my key and explained everything they would be doing and when the car should be ready. I asked if they could possibly have my car ready by 2 in order for me to collect my daughter from school at 3. They said they would try their best but couldn't promise.
I sat in the waiting area and used the hot drink facilities - really good machine actually. I had planned to have a walk while I was waiting but that didn't happen as I was comfy where I was and had a chat with some other customers and the time flew!
My car was ready around lunch time, the lady at the desk went through everything they had checked and explained what everything meant on the paperwork.
As a bonus they had also cleaned my car. Easiest experience I've ever had getting a service and mot. Will use them again next year.
