Reasonable but will try another Ford Dealer in future
Service itself of a good standard, comms poor from booking through to collection.
Vehicle washed as post service gesture was in such a poor state it had to be fully re-cleaned, it was cleaner before the service wash!

Wonderful sales rep Martin Witney who went beyond normal service, and found a car many miles away. When it arrived from other dealer expedited a lot of remedial work at his cost. He even suggested one element could be replaced at a better price somewhere else.
