Very patient Sales Staff member
We went into Evans Halshaw Lincoln to book a service and look at available second user Ford Focus and Puma. Craig Bowness took time to help us find a car that met our needs. He was vey patient as we dismissed vehicles that either were over specified or out of our budget .Eventually he found a Puma that met our needs and we were happy to buy. His advice, patience and calm manner were instrumental in helping us to make our choice. Given that we were becoming a one car couple, our choice had to suit both my wife and I. I’m used to a Focus so easily adapted to the car and my wife has also driven it and finds it comfortable to drive.

Unbelievable!
So disingenuous I sadly have to negatively review you guys.
I enquired about a Ford connect van on Friday and had been sent a nice video of it and I emailed offering the asking price and if you could give it a complimentary oil change. I rang them sat morning to be told by scott that Cameron or anyone is there to deal with me and to ring back Monday.
On the Monday I was given the runaround back to reception then back to the salesmen and left on hold for an hour!
When I went back on the website to look at the van they had actually decided to mark it up by £1750!!
I can only assume that as I live 160 miles away and I didn't need finance that it wasn't in their interest to sell it to me, good old evans halshaw!

In regards to the pricing of the vehicles, we have a dedicated team who research our vehicles on a daily basis to ensure we are the lowest in the area, therefore this means the prices can fluctuate at any time up until contacts are signed.
