Horrendous experience from start to finish. Sold a car that had many issues. Didnt even make a mile away before a warning light came on. Over 6 months the car went back 3 times with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid Evans Halshaw at Coatbridge at all costs. From sales team to service absolutely incomptent. Jamie the sales manager understanding of issues and how it affects a customer is pathetic. The car was then rejected after engineer visit by the finance company and agreement made to return my deposit within 2 weeks after picking the car up. It took 3.5 weeks to get my money back leaving me losing work and stressed among the family as couldnt take on another car until money was returned. No apology, again no understanding of the anxiety this whole thing has caused and nothing in written document confirming refund or service level expectation in terms of how long the process would take. Jamie clearly from day one did not want to deal with me and my car. I ask you to take a mechanic with you to view the car as there pre-inspection service team at this branch are hopeless.

Lewis sold us a Hyundai e10 to my wife happy with the service would use the dealership again

Went to this dealership this afternoon. Very unhelpful, talked down to and literally spoken to like I was a idiot . Was hoping to sell my car , they didn't even look st the car, was told they don't buy cars over 8 years old , they don't buy cars with excess mileage . Was insulted by the offer they made on my car . They need to update there website with the info about buying your carc.

Michael was great help and sorted everything that was needed in great time and efficiency. Also, Michael provided honest insight to help me form my decision on what to do/what to get.

Absolute cowboys and liars soon as they received my cash absolutely no help or response lost my v5 refused to help this is going on a year still no further forward worst experience ever

Great experience dealing with Andrew at Evan’s Galahad Coatbridge ford

I spoke with Chris about trying to get a deal over the line for a part exchange for my Audi Q8 take buy and Audi E-Tron. Chris worked hard-on the deal getting me a value for my car and spending time looking at finance options and trying to do the best he could. Unfortunately we couldn't reach a deal as a was offered a better deal direct with an Audi dealer for the E-Tron. Overall a very positive experience dealing with Chris. Thanks

My daughter purchased a car recently and once we got the car home we found out the drivers window was significantly damaged, the electric mirrors don't work and the key does not charge, even though we were told it charges when inserted in the key dock. We scheduled a time and date for the window to be repaired and not only did the operative not show, they did not inform us or contact us to inform us they were not able to honour the agreed appointment. Extremely poor service and as of today, has still to be resolved.

Reserved a car online, and then rang them up once the Dealership reopened. was told the car was available (Obviously) and was waiting to go into prep. I was Then told I would get a phone call back after a couple of hours. Recieved the phone call back 6 hours later, only to be told that the car had sold!? Weird situation. Wouldn't bother going through this dealership. If you go to another Evans Halshaw dealership and ask them to get the car for you, they will get it delivered to that dealership, so you don't have to deal with these clowns. What a waste of time!

This was the first thing mentioned. The car was reserved. As it states in there terms and conditions. The reservation is not a deposit and therefore not a contract of sale. Meaning they can and in this case will, still sell the car. So the reservation process is a waste of time and pointless!
