Staff at Evans Halshaw very good and explained what was necessary to me. They kept me informed regarding the servicing of the car and when it passed its MOT. I would definitely recommend them.

Service team are an asset
I was greeted by Nathan at the service desk who swiftly explained the plan for the morning.
It was a smooth and positive experience.
The video and health report was delivered to my email promptly as I was waiting on site. I believe Anthony completed my vehicle check and gave clear advise.
My car was washed and returned prior to the 1pm time frame I was expecting which was great.
Another colleague from the team ( I didnt catch their name sorry ) took my payment and walked me back to my car which was a nice touch.
A great experience with this team as I do usually find ( though the sales team are a different story )
Credit where credit is due, Nathan in particular has always resolved my queries and been extremely polite, even when I have been a nightmare.
Thankyou all involved in my visit yesterday, hopefully see you in 12 months and not before politely

Very bad experience
Car was in for a warranty issue that took nearly 4 months and multiple calls from me to get booked in. Poor communication. Timings agreed not met. Apparently my car needed additional work at an extra cost but when I questioned and refused to pay for it, it then didn't need doing!

Be prepared for a long wait!!
Given an appt for 1pm for a sit & wait MOT appt. I was still sat waiting at 3pm so checked on progress and was told the appt is from 1pm to 4pm which was not explained to me at the time of booking, I was told it would be about an hour. I actually got my car back just after 3.30pm which I found unacceptable for a sit & wait appt. I would be reluctant to rebook with Evans Halshaw again.

Sales don’t care if they already have your money
I purchased a Citroen C5 Aircross from the Citroen Leeds dealership on 03/07/25. The sales ‘executive’ made a mistake and done the V5 before I collected the car and put the wrong address. He was assured that he could get it sorted. I am still waiting for this issue to be sorted despite being in multiple times to enquire and speaking to both business managers as well.
I have now been informed the sales ‘executive’ has now left and I’m at a dead end because I refuse to pay for the dealerships mistakes..
The only person that seems to care is Robbie the service advisor and it’s not even his job to chase up!

Avoid Citroen Whitehall Road: "System failure" conveniently appeared after discussing price
I booked a 12:00 PM Sunday test drive online at Citroen Leeds on Whitehall Road for an ë-C3 Aircross. Despite having a confirmed booking, I arrived only to be told there was no record of me on their system.
A salesman named Ben eventually took my details and we discussed my purchasing plans. I was transparent: I’d seen some strong lease deals online but explicitly stated I was happy to hear what in-house deals the Leeds branch could offer.
The moment it became clear that Ben likely couldn’t match or beat the online price, the "service" stopped. He disappeared for a few minutes and returned with a flimsy excuse that their "insurance systems were down" and he couldn't take us out for the drive.
The timing was far too convenient to be a coincidence. It felt like once he realized he wouldn't get a quick, easy sale, he decided my time wasn't worth his effort. My partner and I spent over an hour travelling to and from the Whitehall Road site for absolutely nothing.
If you’ve done your homework and aren't prepared to pay over the odds, don't expect them to honour your appointment. A complete waste of time and a total lack of professionalism.
