Our experience with Liam
11th April my wife and I went to look at some cars at the Peugeot dealership near York while looking we met Liam, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, interesting, approachable were just some of the adjectives I could describe Liam as, we ended up buying the new Peugeot 208 GT,
18th April we pick our car up, through the whole process Liam was there helping us, from the initial meeting to driving away he was only a phone call/email away and always helpful, thank you Liam.

Evans Halshaw York sold me a faulty Hyundai Santa Fe with multiple undisclosed issues. Despite promises from the used car sales manager, repairs dragged on for weeks with poor communication. I'm still paying insurance on an unusable car almost two months later. Shocking customer service and complete lack of accountability. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Purchase of a newer car
Not pushy and didn't try to hard sell "after products", which was good. Ross was very helpful and my new vehicle is excellent. The car was presented to me very clean both inside and outside.
Only thing - 3 days later when I looked online at their stock (Evans Halshaw Citroen) they had put my previous car up for sale at over £2500 more than they offered me for PX. They told me it was only worth £8250! So that is quite a big mark up they are making or at least in my view anyway! (This will not be Ross's fault by the way and no reflection on him!)
