Exceptional service from Mikhail, came into store, wasn't to sure what I wanted, took his time to find me a vehicle and it was the perfect vehicle for our needs.

Up until today all seemed well and a good score was on the cards. However, on the day of collecting our car, it went downhill very fast. I dont think they where expecting us, we got a 47 page doc sent by email. On arrival we where asked of we had insurance docs, why wasn't this mentioned when we paid our deposit? No docs apparently no car. We arranged to meet a colleague but he then decided not to turn up and someone else was assigned to us, not the best experience. Very little handover and left a bad taste. We then go another document emailed to us 20 mons after we arrived !!!!!
Carstore really needs to up their game, today was poor.

Jake was Very easy to talk to and made things clear when discussing payments, didnt push too hard with extras

We were able to view all of the cars freely, along with taking test drive alone. Hugh dealt with us making the process easy, I went back for a second text drive where Hugh was extremely relaxed in the time I took to take the car out. While going through the buying process Hugh was in contact often giving updates when needed. A an easy experience and would recommend!
