The customer support I received at EWC was the best I’ve ever seen at any company I’ve ever bought something from. My watch I purchased from them needed a repair under warranty and my sales associate Chris was extremely helpful and, as always, did a very thorough job in guiding me through the process. My watch came back to me fully repaired, clean, and in a better box than the one I sent it in. It’s the little details and the care EWC gives to each and every piece that will keep me coming back as a customer. I can’t recommend them enough.

I think this was the fourth purchase this year. Another amazing job by Chris Weiss here. Acquired the Omega Dark side of the moon. I had lots of questions and Chris answered them all and was nice enough to try in the watch for me and send me a video so I could gauge the size. Despite the listed dimensions it’s sits a little smaller on the wrist. Just what I wanted. Watch was perfect and just as described. I had the watch in hand 16 hours after I purchased it on line. I have purchased a couple watches from EWC and they have always been easy trouble free transactions. My most recent purchase I would say falls into the same category with a bit of a caveat. Somehow, during the shipping process my watch and a watch for another customer were mixed up and sent to the wrong buyer. This is where you might think the transaction went poorly, but in my opinion, this is where EWC actually shined. It isn’t when things go exactly as planned that you get a good feeling for a company’s culture. It’s when things go poorly and how they react to it where you truly find out what they’re made of. Sam from their fulfillment team went above and beyond in every aspect trying to correct this error. His communication was quick and thorough and his actions decisive and appropriate. If I wasn’t a lifelong customer of EWC before this incident, Sam has certainly gained one by his actions. Thank you Sam and the entire team at EWC!
