Fabulous customer service. Ordered some items my mum wanted to give out for Christmas presents which were all glass and unfortunately they arrived broken. We didn't even have to contact Ethical Superstore to notify them, and within two days we had a replacement arrive. Always a good sign when a company deals with problems quickly and efficiently. Thank you

Easy to order what we wanted, with prompt delivery. Well done

the rudest customer service i have ever talked to. placed the order on 25/11, i asked about the delivery yesterday via email, no answer. i called them on the phone today, the gentleman denied ever receiving the order and raised his voice over mine. he said that he couldn't find the order i had placed because i couldn't provide an order number (mind you, the order confirmation email i had received from them didn't have any order number). he told me i needed to call my bank to ask about the transaction as it was not confirmed on their side. he wouldn't listen to anything i was saying. he would just raise his voice over mine. i could clearly see the transaction gone through via my bank's app. i eventually hang up and called my bank and they confirmed the transaction had gone through. filing a complaint to reverse the transaction via my bank. don't really care if you are selling ethical goods. your behaviour is unethical and completely anti-customer. i wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

Have been using Ethical Superstore for some time. Excellent products, good value, prompt service. Any problems were resolved by Customer Services very well. Highly recommend.

What a lovely company. My order arrived super fast and in perfect condition. I was kept informed on every step of the order progress via emails. The product was the best price I found on the internet. Very happy to recommend Ethical Superstore. Many thanks.

Smooth transaction, no problems.

Used method products before and love them but the savings and very quick delivery to my door made it brilliant.

Great company, lots of ethically sourced goodies and swift delivery!

Ethical, and a great price. Arrived faster than other services.

Good to have somewhere I can find nearly all my wholefood and cleaning products in one place, at reasonable prices, with good fast delivery.

Happy customer. Great range of items, not always in stock, but when they are they are at a good price, I would say, compared to the high street. I have recently shopped with offers which make items all that better value. Easy to order, quick delivery, packed well and eco-friendly, of course!

My Mum bought me an item for my birthday. A week later it hadn't been delivered. I didn't get it for my birthday. They blamed the supplier who they've now contacted - the supplier said they left it with a neighbour over 2 weeks ago. I know nothing about this delivery!!! I didn't say it was ok to leave or receive a delivery notification or anything. REFUND ME.

Great range of ethically sourced organic products to suit various dietary needs. Easy to order. Delivered promptly.
