Absolutely shocking!!! DO NOT ORDER from this woman!! My so called hanging baskets not only took months to arrive- when they did they were terrible, cheap and nasty quality!! I think I could have got better on Temu!! Steph does not respond to messages and will basically rip you off..

Spent £117.85 16" Hanging Basket Artificial outdoor Flowers-...15 Sept 2025 and still waiting pathetic service. Now going to have to reverse my PayPal payment

AVOID!! No communication for over 3 weeks on any platform and never received my order.
Managed to get my money back through pay pal. Do not purchase!!

I’ve never left a review before, but I felt I had to on this occasion as I’ve never experienced such poor service.

I ordered two products on 24 August 2025, and as of 16 October 2025, I have received nothing.

The website (run by “Steph”) stated delivery within 14 working days, which should have been by 12 September. I gave it a few extra days before emailing on 16 September, no response. Then, on 19 September, I received a generic email saying my order had been sent via DPD and to expect it within a couple of days.

By 25 September, I still hadn’t received any tracking information, so I emailed again and also sent a private message through Facebook. By 27 September, I noticed “Steph” actively posting on her page yet ignoring my messages, so I commented publicly. She finally replied, saying she’d check on Monday and get back to me.

Monday came, Tuesday came, still nothing. I messaged again on Wednesday, again, no response. By Thursday, I’d had enough and opened a PayPal dispute.

Miraculously, that same day she replied to apologise and claimed there had been a problem with my order, promising to send it immediately. Eight weeks later, still no product, but thankfully PayPal resolved it.

Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, empty promises, and what feels like outright dishonesty. Would strongly advise others to avoid, buyer beware.

Have purchased many items from steph and gaz at eternal Bloom never had any issues the product can sometimes take a few weeks due to how busy they are

After placing an order here, I received nothing.

Countless e-mails were never ever replied to.

A Paypal dispute was raised, and this was also never responded to.

I received a refund via Paypal thankfully.

Placed 2 different orders having waited weeks and weeks sent numurous emails most got ignored until i said they have 3 days to send out or i would be taking it further marked one order as complete and recieved it to find it werent the correct order but not the other which i got paypal to refund and basically ignore you or tell a pack of lies or act stupid when asking for the correct order instead of correcting the issue (Trading Standards) need to be aware of this company

If you are looking at reviews before buying, DO NOT buy from these people. The website looks like the perfect back story and family, but in reality they take your money and do not send the order. I placed an order in April 2025, come August still no items. They do not answer emails asking for a refund or explanation. If you have bought from this company using PayPal open a dispute. I have just received a refund thanks to PayPal.

We're do I start this is a complete scam placed my order 1 month ago sent email got no reply sent 2 mail still no reply Buyers beware this is a scam ... After writing this I am going to start to claim my money back .. I don't like to give these sort of reply but people need to be aware this will also be left on other review sites to warm others to avoid and go elsewhere.

I placed an order for over £300 in May. It is now 19th July and I have still not received my order. I have sent emails and I have received similar responses to the other reviews. It is morally wrong to take orders knowing that they will not be fulfilled within the quoted lead time. I am concerned that I have been scammed and I have lost my money.
Update - after countless attempts from me to receive a response from them, they have said they will refund my money (27/8/25). I wonder how long it is going to take to receive the money?

Waited months for these and then got an email saying they would be sent. Weeks went past and still nothing had to email them and they said they has miscalculated the amount of flowers she had needed. This was the second time she had told me this, about the length of time they were taken. Got them weeks later and she said she would refund me postage this has not been done. To top it off the chains are all tangled underneath the flowers. Never again!

I placed an order on 17 May for two baskets and have been sat patiently waiting weeks for these to arrive. On 7 June I received an email saying shes now upto this product and it will be sent out in batches everyday this week and DPD will contact me with the tracking number. Great I thought.
18 June I get another email saying my order is now with DPD. Days go by, no contact from DPD and no delivery.
24 June - I email asking for the tracking number, no reply.
28 June - I email again for updates, no reply and no delivery.
I send her a message on Facebook. I ask other people on Facebook if they have received their orders, no replies from anyone. When i went back to check, my comments asking people if they had received their order had been deleted.
Today, 1 July I have finally got fed up of being ignored. Took my money quickly but no goods arrived and no customer service so i've opened a Paypal dispute.
From the other reviews left, it seems I am not the only one experiencing issues with this company.
Avoid!!

Not impressed with the hanging basket. The foam which the flowers stick into is a little square cube so a little bit of wind blows the flowers pretty much out of the basket. All my past baskets, the foam conformed to the shape of the basket. I also had to put more flowers into the basket from an old flower basket as it looked pretty sparse. To top it off it took forever to arrive. Certainly won't be using this company again to be honest.

Spent £150 took weeks longer than the quoted lead time and then only 2 of the 5 items showed up.
No replies to emails, or through website queries.
She needs to limit the amount of orders if she can’t keep up with demand.
Luckily I used PayPal so managed to claim though them, no surprise that she didn’t bother replying via PayPal resolutions centre either.

I would avoid this company.

They take money upfront, quoting 2-3 weeks lead times, and then go complete radio silence.

6 weeks later, still no delivery and no reply to emails either.

Avoid.

Just received my hanging basket, absolutely stunning, however, I initially left a 1 star review which is now edited, the reason for the 1 star was extremely poor communication and a very long wait for my goods, I was led to believe this has been an oversight and accepted the apologies from this company, they dealt with the issue and I am now happy, it may be worth however pointing out to the company inform the client of a realistic delivery time, I’m sure you would get less annoyed clients and avoid bad reviews, that said, this company is by far the best I have bought from for artificial flowers, the quality is outstanding, thank you

Ordered in April, they quickly took money but no order received 5 weeks later. No response to messages and emails, I had to open a paypal claim before they sent the item.
It's not great, it does look nice but it's a couple of stems of flowers stuck into a bit oasis then you get an empty hanging basket to put it it, now I'll have to try and find how to secure it into the basket without it blowing away, cannot believe 6 weeks wait for a job that took less than 5 minutes to throw together, it literally is 6 stems (albeit large ones) stuck onto a small piece of oasis and that's it!! really disappointed, even if the Oasis was the size of the basket at least I could put something on top to secure but this is shocking, nothing fits on top to hold it into basket as the oasis is barely big enough for 6 stems.
Wish I had got my PayPal claim now, there's no customer service, no response and no returns.

Placed online order on 21st April 2025, order acknowledgement but despite repeatedly phoning, emailing, Facebook messenger, website query no reply. No goods delivered so now taking legal action to retrieve costs. Avoid this company.
