I bought my eswing scooter just over 12 months ago.It was a demo model so I got it a bit cheaper ,about $200 off. I used it no more than 6 times and it stopped. Like in another comment eswing were useless and all they would do was sell me new parts and have to fix it myself which I did. What I discovered the left hand side drive wheel was very hard to turn rubbing on the frame .To fix this I had to grind the frame to give a gap of 2mil so the wheel would spin freely. I still had a problem after doing this which I solved by disconnecting the electronic brake.The scooter is now working fine.I thank Golf Skate Caddy in Brisbane for their help.
Very disappointing
I ordered an electric golf scooter and was given a tracking number on July 21. However, the tracking never showed any movement or shipping information. After I opened a PayPal case for the item not being received, the seller told me to cancel the case and promised they would provide new tracking information and ship the scooter.
When I refused to cancel my PayPal protection, their story changed. They then said they would not ship my order and that I should place a new order if I still wanted the product. This was especially frustrating because they had previously claimed the package had already been handed to a logistics company.
The conflicting explanations and request that I give up my PayPal protection before they would ship made me very uncomfortable. I ultimately chose to let PayPal handle the refund.
I would not recommend this seller based on my experience. Buyers should be very cautious and make sure they have valid shipping information and buyer protection before placing an order.
I have had a horrible time getting my products I am almost 50 days past when I should have gotten my scooters and I still don’t even have a shipping date.
Since March, 2025, I have experienced a tremendous amount of frustration and unhappiness with this company.
In March, 2025, I paid AUD$2204 (US$1380) for an E-SWING ride-on electric golf trolley that I bought through ALIBABA. It finally arrived in Australia from China 3 months later. I used it only 4 times before electrical and mechanical problems caused it to stop working. Over the next 12 months, I communicated 150 times with different employees of E-SWING, trying to get a refund or fix the golf trolley. I even sent numerous videos, showing that the trolley was faulty. Many times, I asked the CEO, Sales Manager and the Aftersales Manager for a full refund, but they refused to give me a refund. They even ignored some of my emails and phone calls. Eventually, the Aftersales Manager sent me electrical and mechanical spare parts and told me to fix the golf trolley myself. I spent many weeks trying to fix the trolley, but I was not successful. Again, I asked for a full refund, but again the company refused to give me one. Eventually, I was told that I could have a refund of AUD$1740 (US$1200) if I paid AUD$1131 (US$780) in costs. After paying a lot of money for the golf trolley, I am left with a trolley that does not work and is useless!
