Update 7-11: They did - very swiftly even - refund the extra $100 charge and it turns out that the ESTA ID is valid. I hope that others were as fortunate as I was. However, I learned my lesson to ALWAYS check Trustpilot and NEVER trust any site that doesn't come from a reputable source.

Update 8-16: Fraud attempt with my credit card. I leave it to your imagination what the source of this fraud attempt is. CC company noticed unusual activity and blocked the card

Die Seite wird beim Googlen direkt angezeigt und sieht vom Layout her absolut überzeugend aus. Erst als mir 121 Dollar abgebucht wurden, habe ich gemerkt, dass es sich um eine Betrugsmasche hält!

I applied for 2 ESTA applications thinking that it's a US government website, did fill up the online form and was charged by estafee.com of 121 dollars instead of 21 dollars which Google said the price of esta. I hope that the real esta will be provided , the only consolation in this scam

This is a huge scam!!! They charge you more than 5 times what you are normally supposed to pay!! As soon as I entered my credit card details I was thrown out of the site and did not even recieve a mail from them. My money os gone!!

Ja unglaublich…. Dachte ich falle auf so etwas nicht herein… aber offensichtlich bin ich statt auf der offiziellen Seite auf dieser Estafee Seite gelandet und mir wurde zunächst plausibel und authentisch die offizielle visa stelle offeriert … kosten sollte dies zunächst wie gedacht 21 Dollar…. Die versteckt Gebühr sah ich dann zu spät auf der Auftragsbestätigung. Sehr nice…. 100 Dollar zu viel gezahlt …. Und hoffentlich gilt das Visum überhaupt 😬🤷‍♂️

La pagina è sponsorizzata da google,assomiglia moltissimo a quella del sito ufficiale sopra citato, ma ti fanno pagare 110 € anzichè 21€, è una truffa.
L'ESTA è arrivato dopo 8 ore dalla compilazione(non ci speravo),ma nel frattempo non arriva nessun numero identificativo per poter controllare lo stato della domanda (cosa che invece con il sito ufficiale avviene tramite email).
Il vero indirizzo l'ho trovato sul sito web del consolato Usa italiano. attenzione!

Scam..it's easy to get in the trap...as their website is identical to the official site. I just lost 98$!!! They fool people into paying 21$ and end up charging 5 times that amount. They use email addresses ending in .org and .net and use the word "us-inmigration support" in the email and the bank charge comes from.Estafee.com

They pretend to be the governement, you have to pay aboiut 4 x the normal tarif, Actually they are thieves.
