I ordered some of that Hypnosis Cupid cologne. Been 3+ weeks and still have not received my product. Why does it take so long ? I wish I knew ahead of time that was coming from China or Hong Kong, some place like that. I assumed it would be from America. That's on me for assuming. But more transparency would be nice. More factual updates would be nice.

Dress is gorgeous and fits perfectly! Exactly as described and pictured.

Very disappointed in the product and the customer service. Their site says full refund within 30 days. When inquiring, they offered me $10 on a $58 purchase. Shirt wasn’t even as nice as Ive seen in Walmart! Very disappointed! I wouldn’t recommend!

Service was fast and I absolutely love the quality of the sweaters .. they fit well and are exactly as pictured. The price was fair. I would definitely buy from this vendor again!

I was very disappointed with the return policy! I ordered a dress for my daughter's bridal shower and the quality was not what I expected! Very thin and see through and not as vibrant as the picture! I had to email to request an authorization to return the dress! Which I never had to do before! They emailed me back and offered to refund me 8.00 and said I could keep the dress! Caution when ordering because they don't back their products! Very dissatisfied with customer service!!!

Nothing they claim to represent on their site is close to being accurate. The customer reviews speak for themselves.

I purchased a $50 jumpsuit, that you could completely see through. The quality and fabric was of such low quality, it would likely be destroyed with just one wash. Tried returning and was told by their Customer Service they do not accept returns.

Exchanged multiple emails with customer service and was offered a $12 refund and I could even keep the item. Heck No!

Eventually was told they could only offer a refund of $20, (I was asking for $40). Was told they would only refund me $40, but that I had to return and pay for shipping back to Dubai and once received they would issue the $40 refund.

When I asked them to send me the return form to complete and enclose with my order they said, a form is not needed (not what their website says). Needless to say I told them I did not trust them. Shipping the item back would cost more in the long run.

DO NOT BUY FROM ERYIE!!

This ERYIE is a scam. I was forced to leave a 1 star in order to leave a review, if it was up to me the I would give them zero stars. They are crooks all the reviews about them are correct. They tried to offer a partial refund that does not even equal to half of what I paid. DO NOT BUY FROM ERYIE!! The clothes are not to the quality that is promised and they do not keep their word about the refunds. Plus they don’t even want their own clothes back!! That’s gotta tell you something.

As others have reported, sizes are not accurate and I would 100% agree. Not even close to standard US. Quality was ok (thin chiffon, minimal if any lining). There are no return/refunds.

Note: Refunds/returns require reaching out to customer service. I was first offered $12, then $22 for a $100 purchase. When I expressed desire to return or trash the items, I was told if I “insisted on returning” they can offer $44 and I must pay for shipment to their Dubai warehouse (again items that cannot zip halfway).

My order took a month to arrive and was quite different than the pictures online. Poor response from customer service—as it is shipped from overseas —proceed with caution.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Dresses not as pictured and when you try to return they won’t take the dresses back. Their policy is you can only return if there is a quality issue. I told them the zippers didn’t work right and they still kept my money!!!!

Great clothes, but the delivery took forever!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The colors are awful. The sizes are way off and they they will not respond. I wished I would have read the reviews first.
