Went for a replacement battery and was told the watch needed a service before a battery replacement. Watch returned without a service as was too old a model. Went to a local jeweller who replaced the battery and confirmed there was no issue with the watch and replaced the battery. £125 vs £10.

Great service!
Staff were very nice and helped me with choosing which ring size to get which turned out to be perfect! Very nice atmosphere within the shop and I was served quickly.

Visited Salisbury store yesterday purchasing a Citizen watch. The product knowledge from male and 2 female staff members in advising me was excellent. Customer service was outstanding. Staff made me feel comfortable and informed in my purchase. Highly recommended.

Although the ring is brilliant and I ordered the wrong size, we went to the store and it was all sorted a new one ordered, I felt very cheated by the fact I had to pay another £5 for next day delivery and told my new ring will arrive 8 days later. I think I will again spend all my money with Goldsmiths as I find its the little things that matter and never had this issue with many many items I have purchased with Goldsmiths over the years, I just wish I hadn't decided now to try something new
