I have used this company on a couple of occasions now and their delivery times are never met. On the latest item, 3-5 days. It is now 11 days and still not arrived. Prices are good but the backup service is rubbish. No phone number to contact and emails are just a joke.

Very bad seller, customer order from UK through DHL and seller tryed to send from China with Yanwen, when contacted they claim they change shipping because of taxes.
Had to file a claim on Paypal to get my money.
Not a serious seller, if one wants to wait for Yanwen then order direct in Aliexpress as the product is much cheaper in China.

Seller deletes all my negative/ 1 star reviews, be aware!

Received damaged item, customer support is at 0. need to wake up in the night to contact them and wait for the answer hours long. I wish i could buy my item from somewhere else. Very long delivery, high prices and low quality.

Very bad return service. Won't pay back any money but offer you a reduction in your next buy. But if you get €50 back they want to devide this over 5 buys.

Tell you that shipping is without taxes and they ship with DHL and you have to pay the maximum charges at your delivery moment.

Also shipping from there UK store can still mean they send it from China.

Stay away from them and spend your money elsewhere.

UK shipping 3-5 working days , received 3 weeks later from china quality 40% some stuff not working some incomplete some missing, not responding to emails, communication 0%.

i will never buy again.
