SCAM ALERT: After ignoring my many emails enquiring about my delayed order, I filed a charge back with my bank. Suddenly, I get this email: "We noticed that you recently opened up a chargeback for your recent order that was placed on 08-15-2025. We realize that you have not yet received your order, and we’re so sorry for the delay! However, looking at the tracking information, it looks like your order should be delivered shortly. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, we ask that you please contact our support email. Once you do receive your order, would it be possible to contact your bank & close the chargeback that you opened? This would help us out tremendously. "
That was a lie because the tracker had not changed for over a month. Also, shipment was coming from China. "This would help us out tremendously." What reputable business talks like this? Again, this is a scam!

Ordered a dress on line it was a chiffon, when I received two!!! of them they were heavy polyester, complained enough they sent me a 65. coupon, ordered a jacket, its been 3 months and still have not received it. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr this is a HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Poor customer service. I had ordered a dress in May, 2025, and it was never delivered. I think this is fraud if you take someone's money and do not deliver the item.

False advertising. They present as a boutique but drop ship cheap knock offs from China. The image I ordered was not what they sent. There website stated satin with a ribbed bodice and zipped backing scalloped dress (originally 265 discounted to 80)- what I recieved was a tube top like item I googled the dress they sent and it popped up on Temu for 14$- they refused a refund. Said only if I pay to ship it back to China will I get a refund: I told them I will drop it off at their Toronto location and they said no (because the Toronto location does not exist) the shipping cost would be $50

Ordered a dress in July and still have not received it ... They use to return my emails asking where my dress is but now have heard nothing for 3 weeks ... I just want a refund at this point.

I made an order for 2 dresses on June 18th, 2025. It is August 22nd and I still have not received anything although my credit card was charged June 18. Who does that? I sent my first email about a month ago and received one back saying my package was in transit and to be patient. I have not had a response to the 2nd one I sent 3 days ago. I should have researched more but I was just home from hospital and couldn't leave the house. It seemed like a good idea. Also Envy TORONTO? I realize now it's supposedly coming from China. I don't expect to receive anything at this point. Also there is no phone number or address to be found on their website.

I ordered a dress and accidentally hit the buy again button. They wouldn’t let me reverse the order to one dress. This was June 22. I still haven’t received anything. They took my money and I don’t have any product to show for it. Sketchy tracking from China not Toronto. It’s been almost seven weeks. Scam company!!

I never received my order and asked for a credit of 120.00 which I paid never received a message ..my friends we have been scammed no money and no product . And they are on Facebook 😔🥺

Horrible. The dress I ordered looked nothing at all like the photo on the website. It took a month to arrive because it actually comes from China not Toronto.

The dress looks like a child cut it out of a piece of material in the general shape of a dress.

After several attempts by Envy to convince me to keep it by partial refunds they then told me I would have to pay the cost of shipping it myself back to China. So I now have a dress I will never wear. I will never order from them again.

I tried to leave a review on their website and even though they show thousands of positive reviews on the site you cannot leave a review so the reviews they show must be fake.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order - had I, I would never have done so. I placed an order on June 22nd, and, based on the name and the pictures, I assumed the order was shipping from Toronto. This company is a total sham. The packages are coming from China and today, almost 40 days later, they have not shipped. DO NOT order anything from this company. They are entirely corrupt.

I ordered a summer linen dress as described on their website. Received it a month later and it’s was not Linen but polyester. The dress in itself was horrible. I contacted them via email and they would not provide a refund nor a replacement. PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THEM. SCAMMERS!!

Ordered a lovely looking summer dress and finally received a package more than a month later. The article has absolutely no resemblance to the item ordered and is simply trash. They seem very reluctant to refund but am still waiting for the procedure to return it and request a refund. They are a very sad joke! I’d say poor quality merchandise but that is too generous

I appreciated the flexibility and customer service Envy Toronto provided me with when I had a question about my order (Iris Maxi dress). The dress arrived very quickly and I was notified by email about status. I will definitely be ordering from Envy again.

Purchased a bulky sweater, product recieved looked nothing like picture on website, wasn't even a sweater. Returned it as per information & instructions they provided me in an email back in Jan. I have yet to recieve my refund!

ZERO STARS. NOT Canadian company. Be smarter than I was and do not buy from this company. They are NOT a Canadian in any way. The “silk” dress is 95% Polyester and 5% elastane. Made in China. Returns are offered but the item must be shipped back to Asia! I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing and am glad it was just one dress in the end

I believe that I was buying from a Toronto company. Being a Canadian, I was supporting a local business. However, the items I purchased came from China. Very poorly made. Paid almost $80 a dress. One came with threads hanging off of it. The other two small in my arms. When I contacted them to do a return, it’s the runaround about trying to exchange it and not giving full amounts back. Do not buy from this company.

Like all the other reviews, this is not a Canadian company and you will not get what you order. I am so mad at myself for falling for this.

0 stars. Like others, I fell for the "Canadian" company when I saw Envy Toronto, but it's not Canadian at all. I ordered 2 dresses over 3 weeks ago, and only 1 has arrived. The dress is nothing like advertised; the quality of the dress is abysmal: cheap, see thru, printed on very flimsy fabric and the sizing is way off. It's supposed to have many different layers of fabric (The Iris dress) and yet it's one piece of cheap fabric with colors printed on it. It's so bad.

I contacted them for a refund and I'm being given the run around via emails re returning for a refund. Every second day they send an email with offers to refund me 15% and then 30% of the cost and I keep the dress. Or - I can get a gift card worth 60% of the purchase price. It's a joke.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is not a Canadian company; they're located in China.

Absolutely garbage!!! What you get is completely different than what you order, but they keep telling you the order is correct.

Based in China, not Toronto. Clothing quality is extremely poor. You need to pay for your own return, which costs more than the original item. They'll haggle with you and offer you a 30% "refund".

Do not buy anything from them!
