Enness Global brokers high-value international finance, so high net-worth individuals, business owners, and companies can access competitive six, seven, and eight-figure finance.
Enness was founded in 2007, at the height of the financial crisis, with a plan to fill a gap in the marketplace. Fast forward to the present day and we are now considered to be the world’s leading mortgage broker for prominent, high profile, high net worth individuals. We also have an envied pedigree when it comes to providing mortgage solutions for even the most complex of financing scenarios, enabling us to have advised and completed on some of the biggest mortgage transactions in the UK and across the globe.
In 2021, we successfully negotiated finance across 20 countries for 49 nationalities.
Our network consists of over 500 individual lending companies. From huge international banks right down to regional building societies and peer-to-peer solutions, our working relationships are vast, varied and trusted.
Our network includes:

Excellent service from Enness Global
I was doubtful/skeptical that with my citizenship/passport I would be able to secure favourable terms for remortgaging my properties in UK. Enness Global managed to find reliable bank with good rates for remortgaging that honored the deal even though current rates are through roof

Reliable, professional and very experienced!
I have been very lucky to work with Mrs Paige Bennett in the past two years on several refinancing agreements for premium properties, located in London. Paige proved to be exceptional in every way. Very reliable and proactive professional that exceeded our expectations. Her exceptional experience, dedication and commitment were the key to success on our enquiry. Mrs. Bennett was 24/7 available and throughout the entire journey Paige proved exceptional diplomacy, skills and competence, protecting our interests and obtaining best terms on our enquiry. Highly recommend Mrs. Bennett for complex bespoke funding solutions as well as long-term mortgage bank loans.

Complex purchase lending made easy
I planned to purchase multiple flats, and convert them back to into one property. I previously approached other brokers, who told me it would not be impossible to get lending for such a project. I contacted Enness Global and was put in touch with Paige. Words cannot express how amazing she was. Due to the complexity of the purchase, it took nearly a year to complete. Throughout this time, Paige was professional, focused, accessible and kind. She put me and my family at ease, and I know it would not have been possible without her. Paige secured me lending when no one else could, which has allowed me to buy a forever family home for my young family. I am forever grateful and wholeheartedly recommend her. She’s the best.

Helpful and enthusiastic
I came to Nick at Enness with an increasingly complicated case. I let him know that I am still in the fact finding stage and not ready yet to start the process. I kept throwing new ideas and complications at Nick and he met them with enthusiasm. He came up with workable solutions that will allow us to get our complicated loan when we are ready.
His communication was fast, thorough and thoughtful. Its also worth mentioning that, as a woman, it was a pleasure to work with a man who did not speak down to me or do any “mansplaining”.
And he has a sense of humor to boot!
Overall I highly recommend him.
