Vastly over priced - I Purchased 2 tickets to the Scotland match, paid £1,198 for what I requested and expected would be Category 1 seats. Instead we were seated high up in the corner of the rafters with a very poor view of the pitch and players. If I bought the items separately instead of going through England Rugby Travel I would have saved Circa £800. Complaints to England Rugby Travel not upheld, what a rip off. Will never be using them again.

I went to Rome and the team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I have mobility issues and the team were on hand to help make the trip easier.

The England Rugby House and meeting past players was an amazing experience.

Paid £2,600 to go and see England play Italy in Rome. Lovely hotel room and breakfast but it was miles from the stadium. The trip there and back was a nightmare, lots of walking and being crammed into the metro, bus and trams. But the real crippler was the tickets which cost them only 95 euros, so we were sitting beside the gods. We did try to have the tickets changed as I’m disabled but were told they only had their allocation. Strange as there was loads of better seats unoccupied. I think they could have done better for me but I suppose profit is more important. This trip has been on our bucket list for years but we ended up being very disappointed. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.

start with the positives, Marcus Neale, Jordan C, Beverley and April were great. Really good customer service and super helpful. Now the less positive. Incredibly expensive, terrible seats which were all in the nosebleeds, some hotels were over an hour from the stadium and the prices charged for hotels were exorbitant compared with booking directly with the hotel. Also the merchandise was restricted to a shirt and travel wallet with a money off voucher to spend at England Rugby (a terrible company). You had to pay postage and for returns which meant the money off voucher effectively paid your postage. Tickets were late being sent (received 4 hours ahead of match). At the start of the tournament the travel was laughable. None of the drivers knew where they were going, so were driving whilst following google maps on hand held mobiles, on the second trip to Marseilles it took three hours to get from the airport to hotel as driver drove past our hotel 3 times to go to others. The transfer was longer than our flight! There was a lack of reps whilst travelling between the stadium and hotels. Travel reps at the start of the tournament didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The experience in Japan was outstanding which was why I booked this trip but won’t be travelling again with ERT sadly.

Paid £174pp for coach transfers from Manchester to Twickenham and seats in the gods for England vs Italy match. Not impressed to find out coach tickets were £35pp return and seats next to ours were £70pp. Wouldn’t recommend using them. Feel ripped off.
