I bought the whole motus and avi tech collection and 6 from the bikinis. The clothes fit perfectly and the fabrics are so soft on the skin. The delivery happens fast. I am a very happy customer and love my clothes very much. :>

The fitting is great, and the customer service is pretty good as well. I had to exchange a top due to sizing and they have good customer service!

The legging I got 3 years ago are still in good condition. Love the material and how thick they are. They are def squat proof! I am 1.82cm tall and they fit perfectly. LOVE this brand!

My order shipment was delayed due some back ordered items . Got in touch with customer service and they gave me a store credit plus 15% to compensate for the troubles. Great solution . Happy with my order !

I’ve been wait for my order to be processed since February 18th 2022. I emailed them to see what was going on and took them until March 9 to email me back just to inform me that my order had been put on hold and was getting ready to be processed and will be shipped in a couple of days.
“ I checked your order and it seems the payment was on hold. We now fixed this issue and will process your order.

Your order will be processed and shipped out shortly. Once it is shipped, you will receive a tracking code.” this was on March 9th and today is currently March 29th and still waiting for the order to be processed and to be shipped. I have emailed them multiple times and no response from anyone. I really want my items, but at this rate I don’t even think I’ll receive them or my refund. Really disappointed…

I pre-ordered a tracksuit. Upon release, I received an email stating that it would be 14 days later, due to renovation. 23 days later it still hasn't arrived. I try to contact the company but I'm being ignored . I've been scammed. I just want my money back.

Peut-être serez-vous plus réactifs ici que par mail. Commande passée il y a 3 mois, une première partie reçue le mois dernier mais toujours en attente de la deuxième... Aucune réponse à mes mails. Je pense que ça se passe de commentaires. Je suis patiente mais lorsque l'on me confirme une date d'expédition et que un mois plus tard je reste sans nouvelles, ça me contrarie. Je ne me sens pas respectée en tant que cliente. Consultez vos mails svp et faîtes le nécessaire pour que je reçoive rapidement l'article que j'ai acheté. Merci !
