Save time and hassle
As a volunteer worker for my church, with a full time day job, I don't have a lot of time to research rates and trends for energy contracts. Energy Advice Line provide helpful advice and save me a lot of time and hassle.

First class service
The people I spoke to made it a good experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus willing to spend the time even though our charity is very small. Only criticism was that the contract completion system needed a little bit of work to make it smoother

The staff are always at hand to help with all queries and I felt gave an honest approach to pricing. I have used them for several years to renew our business Electricity and Gas and I feel I have always got good advsie and value.
