There was good communication with Sean beforehand and the team arrived at the agreed time. I had sent photos of the areas needing cleaning.
They cleaned up the bodily fluids all over my elderly mother’s home successfully and did a great job. They were understanding about the situation and respectful of my mother’s property.

Michael came in for an on-site service for biohazard cleaning during the hottest day of the UK with over 30 degrees. We had an unexpected situation occur during the night which made a tight deadline to secure the area for healthy living conditions again.

Michael was prompt arriving during the afternoon. Despite conditions working less favourably, Michael did an exceptional job taking care of the property with all the dignity and respect. Guiding us through the process, he was highly informative of each step with key explanations for the tools and chemicals being used.

It is clear he takes pride in his job as the area was worked on carefully and the carpet was in good condition by the end. The air was made safe to live in again, no odours and the carpet was given a second life.

It was easily noticeable how much Michael deeply cares for the people he is called in for. Corey was very quick to communicate with me and listened very carefully to our needs for a new site that we have taken on to manage. He was very reassuring and there was no hassle at all. When the clean was completed the room was done professionally and looked/smelt a lot better than what it did. It was an easy or pleasant task that they had to complete so I am so grateful for their support. I would highly recommend using Corey and his team!

From the first moment that I contacted Emergencycleanuk, the communication was excellent. Especially between Corey and myself. My husband and I were on a tight deadline to move out of our 3rd floor flat, with no lift. The pigeon guano to the balconies was severe, and there were some dead birds too!

Emergency clean were really responsive, they took a detailed description of the problem and asked for photos. Communication was largely through WhatsApp which made this so easy.

The costing was very clear and detailed, with no hidden extras and VAT calculated for us.

On the day, Paul our engineer, was prompt, friendly and professional, working in 30 degree conditions. He answered all of our questions. He was a pleasure to work with.

The result (which is what you're really interested in) was spectacular. The balcony, furniture (including gas BBQ) were as good as new.

Corey promptly identified what was required and subsequently arranged for Michael to attend my property just the following day. Excellent service. We bought a house where there was human and pet urine on the floorboards in a bedroom. Two lovely people removed all the floorboards and treated the room. All the smell has gone and with new floorboards we are back to normal. Our carpenters said they had never seen such a good cleaning job. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, kind compassionate throughout due to the circumstances involved. Kept up to date throughout the whole process. Jemma was amazing from the first call/emails. I met with the team at the property to discuss the situation. Again, very kind, caring and professional. Photographic evidence was provided before, during and after the clean up. They went above what was asked without any hesitation. Kept personal items etc. to one side. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them also to anyone.

Amazing service. I was nervous about having people in my loft to clear problems caused by rats visiting. Matt, who I spoke to was very informed and put steps in place to reduce my concerns. The three guys that visited were hard working and respectful. They went way beyond their remit and helped me to clear out unwanted stuff and lay new insulation. The only demand they put on us was for water, as it was a very hot day (even hotter loft space). For jobs like this, the customer is exposed to "unforeseen costs" and having their valuable belongings being exposed to strangers. These guys went beyond what I paid for and were a pleasure to have in our home. I very much recommend this company for any hazardous material removal. Be assured that they are very professional and are use to dealing with difficult work.

We had to call on Emergency Clean UK for an urgent job clearing hazardous waste. A quick call on the Monday morning and the team were on site in a couple of hours. An extremely professional service and we were kept informed with a full report all along.

My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. I needed a specialist clean up after a rat infestation in a summer house. Everything was fully explained and all my questions were answered. I received a detailed quote and was fully aware of what to expect with no hidden charges. The specialist cleaner was efficient, knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. All waste was removed as agreed and the area left spotless. I highly recommend this company.

I reached to this company to assist in clearing my late father’s house, I believe that there had been squatters in there at one time and had left the house in a mess. I reached out on a Thursday and they were booked in for the following Tuesday. Micheal and his team turned up early and worked all the way through to 5:30. They did an amazing job, in both clearing the rubbish and clearing all the furniture out. They kept me in the loop and checked in with me about certain items. I am very grateful to them for how quick and how much they got done in just one day.

Michael did a superb job, cleaning and sterilising our shed - including taking 10 bags of clutter away! He was very personable and worked for 4 hours solid, without taking a break. Would definitely recommend.
