Excellent advice based on extensive knowledge and with a genuine desire to find the best solutions for the client
I have been receiving mortgage advice from Matt Sutton at Emerald Finance since 2014. Even when I moved from the area I always consulted Matt when extending or renewing my mortgages. His advice is always considered, genuine and I have always felt, given with a desire to find the best solution for me. In addition Matt has picked a fantastic team to work with him. In all my dealings with different members of his team I have found them to be friendly, helpful and efficient. I am very happy to recommend Emerald Finance and have done so to several friends.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.
They are an excellent, supportive team who gave us regular updates from start to finish.
They found us the best mortgage deal most suited to us and we used them to find house insurance because of their excellent service. They made what could have been a stressful process, stress free, easy and relaxed.
All the team were friendly, patient and professional. Even a lovely new home card through the post after completion! They really go the extra mile!
We would use them again and again.

Great service, excellent advice
An excellent company. As a first time buyer they gave me great advice which fit my specific requirements. They found me a mortgage quickly which went through without any undue stress. I found the team to be polite, helpful and gave regular updates. Would 100% recommend!

They know their business. Very ethical and clear and quick
I tried to get a mortgage via my bank who were really slow and unclear .i was recommended to Emerald finance, they were not pushy ,know the market and the legislation,explained the intrusive questions of lenders and kept in touch regularly,getting my mortgage through in 6 weeks . I highly recommend them

Fantastic company providing independent advice which was tailored to our requirements. Found us a mortgage which went through smoothly and quickly. The team couldn't have been more helpful and gave regular updates. Would highly recommend!
