Goods still not arrived, no correspondence (despite requesting a refund), so going to my Credit Card company to request a snatch back. Excellent marketing for some pretty spectacular products - shame the service doesn't match up!

Took an order and payment online, emailed to say it was being shipped then after 2 weeks cancelled it without any consultation.

Sadly,.no wardrobe. Just lies and delays..still waiting for my refund.

Having to now take court action after they refused to accept any wrongdoing even after being ordered by the Advertising Standards Authorities to change there advertising as they had breached legal rules by mis leading adverts.
Terrible company that “do not do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you’re satisfied”.
Total con artists. Not to be trusted.

No communication at all, have to permanently chase them to get any info and then when you do get hold of them they lie. They tell you anything to keep you happy, certainly not the truth.

Will never deal with them again

When the order didn't arrive on confirmed date 26th Oct, we chased it up and when asked for refund they said we will be charged 5% for processing the refund! As we had already waited for 14 days we thought we will wait for some more time. Only to be told that they will deliver in next 1-14 days. So wondering if they have any control over the stock or the delivery date ? So while we are patiently waiting, I would like to see if my order does get delivered as promised and if they will have courtesy to inform about courier details at that time.

Absolutely awful! They constantly lied to us, have not refunded our money which has led to legal action, and even changed their story multiple times on the same email chain (how stupid!). Stay clear!!

I had difficulty with delays in delivery. And had to deal with customer services a good deal. Their customer services could have been much clearer. Particularly with end to end tracking of order through to proof of delivery. Otherwise the product was good. Not the best but good. Pricey for what it is. But generally now pleased For this reason I would not use them again

I bought a sculptured wine rack from Ellanoir Luxury but when it arrived it was broken. I called the company and told them about it and they arranged a replacement. It arrived the very next day and was in one piece. I am delighted with the service of Ellanoir Luxury, also the efficiency of the staff. They were very professional and friendly. Very well done Ellanoir Luxury.

I have only received 1 of my 7 parcels and have no idea when the 6 will be delivered if at all.

Paid additional charge for 1 - 7 day careful delivery. Have been advised items will be over a month to arrive. Still waiting on items and have been asked to review service? Feel somewhat mislead over delivery times.

Committed 3 times of delivery dates and never meet any. That customer service Angel is ridiculous. Didn’t take any responsibility of checking the root cause of the issue itself but good at arguing and finding excuse.

The quickest thing is the order canceled on the same day I raised my disappointment (that’s already 14 days plus not even a valid tracking no. Since the date I bought the mirror). But the amount of money is still not reflected in my account 20 days after the cancellation. What they committed is 14 days. Had to dispute this with bank myself. Anyway, this might not be their fault of not receiving the refund on time, could because of their bank, but really result people never trust them again.

Initially regular updates via email, however, the delivery date had passed, and I had to email and ask where delivery was?

Fraudulent company. Do not buy anything from them. I didn’t receive my items and have had to go to my bank for a refund.

One of the worst experiences I have had with any company. Please read the reviews, I wish I had before purchasing.

The company accepted my order to Northern Ireland with free delivery showing the item in stock. They delivered part of the order however not the largest most expensive item.

The item was never dispatched. I contacted them and they said they had issues getting a courier to NI ( despite delivering the other items of furniture in the order) That was ok, they told me would be dispatched the next week. Then the next week. Then the week after. Eventually after I emailed and asked to make a formal complaint and informed them they were in breach of the consumer rights act for non delivery of goods they asked me ( for the first time) for further payment of an extra delivery charge. I paid to resolve the issue while being assured the item would be delivered in 7 days. 8 days later no contact, no dispatch and no delivery. Multiple emails ignored. Eventually I got through to an agent. I requested immediate dispatch or a full refund, I was told a manager would call me to discuss. Instead a refund was processed but with a 5 % processing fee. Essentially I was charged 74 pounds by a company that is utterly inept for their problem of being unwilling or unable to deliver an order they had accepted. The company have declined to refund in full.

At every turn customer services either will fully lies or does not follow up on promises or deadlines. When I pointed out other customers experiences on trustpilot an agent said that they were all lies and dishonest customers….
My account is the facts, here’s some others- The customer services number from what I can tell is a single manned mobile phone that often went through to a giff gaff answering phone message or an out of area error code. The head quarters appear to be a rented terraced house. I would heed the red flags and avoid utterly.

I am in the process of starting chargeback proceedings for the full balance owed.

I have had a really bad experience with this company. No communication to explain why my goods did not arrive on the dates given, only informing me after I emailed & phoned to inquire of there whereabouts, after two missed delivery dates. (no contact from them to apologise)I was so disappointed with this, so I cancelled these good, demanding my refund in full. After many emails, I finally received a reply to say yes they have refund my money, but less £85 for cancelling the goods.
I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone, nor will I ever deal with them ever again.

The tv cabinet I purchased will not arrive until November sometime not the 1 to 7 day's advertised on the website so it's going to be 60+ days.
