Excellent Customer Service
My experience so far with Ellanoir Luxury has been exceptionally good. Ordered 2 x Leather Seat Boot Benches and I couldnt get the coupon to work so have to use the Chat function. They were excellent. Got is resolved really quickly. Excellent customer service

Damaged items - atrocious
Got gifted a table from them, full of dents and marks, now my friend is trying to reach out to them and they’re simply ignoring him and deleting chats. This business will go downhill soon (if it hasn't already). STAY AWAY PEOPLE!! People clearly aren't lying about their horrible experiences.

I can confirm that it’s impossible that you had received any table from Ellanoir Luxury as a gift as we’ve never gifted one. We’ve also delivered hundreds of orders and as you can see by our reviews we’ve never had any negative feedback or returns from the quality of our products 😊
Regarding your “friend” we do not ignore anyone who contacts us regarding past or present orders. Please can you share a screenshot for proof of your free gift from us and your friends order from us.
This shouldn’t be an issue if this actually took place and if you cannot provide this information then it’s clear that these are clearly fraudulent claims.
I can also assure you that Ellanoir Luxury will 100% not be going downhill anytime soon. We have hit the market and taken off like a storm, we’ve built amazing customer relationships and take pride in working with our team and customers to grow our wonderful business.
The people your referring to have yet to shown any proof of the claims that have been made so we’d hope our future customers will be more than capable to take the information that’s accessible to them and make up there own mind as to weather they’d like to do business with us.
Rather than taking on information of miss-leading claims that could cause them to miss out, on amazing deals a brilliant service and a company who cares about their individual needs.

Would you be able to kindly elaborate when you say “fraud” because we’ve been getting a lot of fraudulent reviews lately claiming the same thing, but we are struggling to figure out what fraudulent activity we have carried out any help would be highly appreciated.

Do you actually fulfill any orders?
Get the impression that this is one big scam, sent numerous emails about a mirror that I ordered and then eventually get 1 back saying have kept me updated all along (which is a lie) but only ever get junk mail from them and a 25% coupon off my next order, as If I'm ever going to order from you again!
If you cant fulfill this then I want a refund please.

Unwanted emails and shady practices!
I have never heard of this company, have not bought anything from them or subscribed to their mailing list, yet I receive multiple emails from them each week.
Update 2021: Thanks for the reply, but I have for a FACT received serval emails from your “company” each week to my work email address. I am reluctant to click any link from a company I have never heard of even if it says “unsubscribe”.
After a quick google I found these two previous reviews from unhappy customers who have been scammed according to their comments. Your website has a dubious looking contact phone number and other than your Facebook page there is no other information about you online.
I have no reason to lie about receiving emails. I don’t appreciate receiving spam from a company I have never had any interaction with whatsoever prior to these emails.
UPDATE feb 2022: This company clearly carries out some shady practices. I left my review end of 2020, they replied in early 2021. It is now February 2022 and I have a notification from Trustpilot saying Ellanoir Luxury have flagged my review and believe it was left by mistake for another retailer. I can confirm it was not a mistake, I did receive untold amounts of emails from them - company I had never had any interaction with prior to those emails - and as you can see from the other negative reviews, they maintain their poor reputation.
Update Feb 2022: This is the 3rd time the company has deleted their response to my review and typed a new one which is why their current reply does not address my original complaint. This time they claim it is a false review. As per my original complaint, I received unsolicited emails repeatedly from this company for weeks on end without ever signing up to their mailing list. This lead me to leave my original review. The very fact that they are trying to get this review deleted only adds weight to all the other existing complaints. Avoid!

SCAM COMPANY
Do not use! This company does not exist, they are not registered and the website lists an address which again does not exist (1 Great Clowes St, Manchester) - its residential and no business exists there. They took my money and refused to refund me. Claimed they had stock, then pretended not available until 2021 removing my right to cancel the order. Despite checking with them first they had the stock which they claimed they did, they then informed me 36 hours later they didn't and told me no refund as 24 hours had been exceeded, which they claim is the time frame for cancelling orders. They didn't tell me within 24 hours so how can my right to cancel be taken away??
This is the work of scammers, and now I have had to cancel my bank card and work to get a reversal. Please do not make the mistake I did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
