Thank you Ella Mattress for all your help and support. Having a disability I purchased they cool hybrid mattress, after using it for an few days I found this to be a little too soft. Having called back, I spoke to a gentleman called Shez, who talked me through all my requirements. He actually recommended the Ella Natural that is an firm option and would work for me due to my condition, after agreeing to a new option Shez came out personally confirming a date and replaced the old mattress with a new option at no cost. I could not thank this company and its service any more.

I have issues with my back so needed a mattress that would be appropriate. Ella Mattresses ensured that I got the perfect mattress for my needs at a very reasonable price. At every point in the process they were in touch with me to ensure my needs were met. I highly recommend them if you require top quality mattress with great customer support.

I’m very pleased with the mattress and the service I received. Due to my weight, I have had trouble finding the right one for me in the past. Other mattresses are quite uncomfortable around the abdomen area, but I’ve experienced no discomfort of the sort with Ella. They were also very pleasant and respectful on the phone and during delivery.

If you’ve had a similar experience to mine, it might be a good idea to consider a mattress from Ella.

I was very impressed with the thorough customer service offering - so nice to get a follow up call to find out if everything was ok. The quality of the mattress has gone down really well as well and my daughter is now sleeping a lot more soundly on a thicker memory foam mattress.

I enquired about a few products and received help from experts within the brand who recommended me a Ella Hybrid Classic 2000 Mattress. The name seemed appealing and the pictures were aesthetically pleasing but like everyone else I had never purchased from here and did not know if the quality would match my needs. I decided to take a gamble as I was genuinely impressed and placed the order. 3 days later my mattress arrived and I placed it on my bed. From the minute I touched the mattress I didn't want to leave and that same night I had the best sleep I had in years. I've had a great experience with this company I ordered a memory foam mattress with a latex top it's a soft to medium I've only had it one night but it's the best nights sleep I've had in a while.it arrived in three days and shez that dealt with bit couldn't have done a better job he kept me up to speed all the way and he even delivered it personally as I am pretty local and he phoneed me the next day to see how I had slept on it.i highly recommend this company great to do business with

Had my firm mattress for over a month now. Had only tried the medium but felt too soft for me and my old mattress was a firm one. Took me about 2 weeks to get used to this, prob because old mattress had got softer over the years. Long story short, look forward to going to bed now. It's great. 😁
