Terrible Customer Service
What a disappointing experience. I placed the order at the end of last November for 3 items. I received an email to say they had been despatched by 2nd class tracked. I got no tracking number. After a week I sent an email, then filled in the online help form and heard nothing. I had to phone and was told one of the items had been due in but was not yet with them but was expected that week.
By the week before Christmas I had to phone again and ask for the two items that were in stock to be despatched. I did receive these and then patiently waited till after the Christmas break for the final cd.
By the end of January I was still waiting, and another phone call was made after another ignored online form.
Although still advertised as in stock on the website, the item was not, and a refund of this cd was agreed upon.
It came as no surprise that this refund never appeared in my account, and I had to send a very forceful email/online form to demand my refund, which I duly received a couple of days later.
All in all, terrible customer service.
Advertising items not in stock. Falsely sending emails to say items have been despatched/refunds have been processed. Not answering emails or online queries. Having to be constantly chased by the customer.
I would have continued to be a customer if things had been dealt with promptly, but I think the fool me once rule applies here.
