Deleivery and everything was great and quick no complaints there It’s good but I can’t give it 5 stars because it can do with some improvements firstly i wish this company had a little bit more in the instruction aspect of when you buy things when they give you the equipment it comes with minimal instructions and also they’re not really that descriptive on the actual items that you want to buy. I just wish it came with a video manual on things that are little bit more complicated to put together. For example, I brought a mirror cupboard for the bathroom and it wasn’t specified that the hole was all the way up at the top of the cupboard and not in the middle of the cupboard which standard bathroom mirrors have which did make it a little bit difficult for me because it wasn’t in the description, but I could work around it, but many people may not be able to that items themselves or quality. I have no concerns it’s just it could be executed a little better👍🏽

A realy good company to deal with had damaged goods they dealt with it hassle free and within a few days . Unlike another company who I ordered items from were it costs for delivery. Costs a fortune to riturn and then they say box damaged another 10% taken off I will definitely deal with elegant showers uk in future

Stuff came appropriately packed and was easy to make just make sure you check for some surface damages as we had a tiny bit on the inside but it was not a drama !

I usually do not take time to write a review but quality should be appreciated.. I brought a tv unit from them it’s same as advertised excellent product unlike the gimmicks that you see online !

Purchased a bathroom cabinet and one of the three doors started bubbling within a year, despite normal use and proper ventilation. We explained that the other cabinet doors were completely unaffected, which clearly showed this was not simply caused by the bathroom environment, but this point was repeatedly ignored.

The most frustrating part was the customer service. Responses from Mini and Kelly felt generic, repetitive, and dismissive rather than actually addressing the issue raised. I genuinely don’t know what they are getting paid for when the replies just repeated the same points over and over again without properly dealing with the problem.

We said we were happy with a replacement door, or a replacement full unit or a refund but yet again, we were just told that it was our fault without anyone coming to inspect it.

Would never buy from this company again. Honestly surprised they are still running considering the amount of negative feedback about their customer service and aftercare. Companies like this should not be able to trade. Avoid at all costs!!

Great product, brilliant quality! Instructions could be more detailed for easier fitting, I managed but I am experienced at doing jobs like these! Quick delivery and good price, would definitely buy again!

Don’t give a damn about customers who purchase their products. Even if bought through a 3rd party such as Amazon , sent email and called and just got fobbed off

item arrived damaged.When we contacted the company the customer service was shocking. They stated that the installer had to fix it and that they would not send a replacement. We had to source a chrome cover for the damaged area so it could not be seen and the plumber had to fix it to ensure it was not goint to leak.
They said we should have read their terms and conditions and not booked an installer until all products had been delivered unpacked and checked. This is impractical as installers are booked well in advance. We also ordered through the ManMano platform so were not made aware of these terms and conditions. We were offered a paltry compensation amount that did not even cover the replacement part let alone the additional costs of our plumber to fix it. I would not use either ManoMano or elegant showers.

Mano have said it’s Elegant showers responsibility and Elegant Showers have said it’s Manos responsibility. Each firm is passing the buck and I cannot get a resolution.
