I tried to buy Microsoft Flight Simulator 24. I put in card details and my bank flagged a potential fraudulent transaction. I looked in to website and all seemed genuine so I approved transaction. I then got a message from Electronicsfirst to say that they needed to verify my ID which I duly did. Then got an email saying my verification had been declined. Not sure I will ever see my £96 ever again.

Repeatedly could not get me the correct license...

These people put my order on hold, tell me to verify with a photo of my id next to their logo or written name, I reluctantly do just to get what I ordered and they cancel it and banned me access to my account right after. Can go f themselves

Absolutely shocking service! Order said processing for hours! I submitted a ticket to their 24/7 customer services which still hasn’t been replied to!!! Avoid!!

Scam and maybe fraud. ID verification not necessary and VERY dangerous for privacy

Says they will deliver preloaded steam account within next few hours but never do and I have now been waiting 2 days when it says the timeframe is 6-12 hours

SCAM - Avoid this trap, read all the red 1-star ratings.
They have a culture of taking orders and not delivering, supplying wrong and already used Keys, not replying, and not refunding. They state on Trustpilot that they'll investigate, but never have, and that they'll get in touch, but never do. This is my experience after one year chasing a refund. We should make a community effort to name and shame this crowd. I'll be back tomorrow with an update.

Electronic first is biggest scammer. I want to buy a licence of Snagit and they ask me to send them ID card.

Bought a 12 month Xbox pass via Paypal. EF is asking me to send a copy of my drivers license to validate the purchase. No chance, so far no refund.

Purchased a version of MS Office. It disappeared after one month - no record of installation.
Tried product support- waste of time. Avoid if possible.

Scammers, asking for drivers license details to buy a game code

Scam!!! They deduct the money immediately from your account and then request a copy of your ID and then require you to log out n to their site AFTER taking your money.

If I could give a zero, it would a 000.
They are scammers. They send a code to log onto Microsoft. And it almost seems correct. Except you cannot validate the codes and they cheekily put you onto Microsoft who I believe know nothing about it. Or at least they say they don’t. They get away with robbery.

Purchased a game in good faith, no redeem code was sent. I waited the allocated 48 hours and still nothing, so requested refund and cancelling of order. I was advised I could not, I had to escalate just to cancel order.

This is a terrible company, they even lie about there Trust pilot score.

Avoid at all costs.

Scam company sell games that are just off someone else’s account after two weeks they change password and lock you out of said game then they go quiet after false promises to rectify wish I’d gone else where AVOID AVOID AVOID

I tried Electronicsfirst for the first time and purchased Office 2021 Pro. Everything worked perfectly with no issues for the provided product key. I will use them in the future for other software.

I searched google for a Windows key. And got to this site, and it seemed a bit "effy" to me. But I'm also very careful where I go on the internet, but the price was low. So if it was a scam I would not affect me.

Anyways. Bought a Windows 11 Pro key, and got the key to my account within 5 minutes. Copy+paste to windows (I've had that annoying text for almost a year 😂).
And pooof it worked!

So I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a cd-key from them. At least I had no problems!

I recently bought a Windows 11 Pro key and it activated within 5 minutes. I was skeptical that a $10 key would work and was pleasantly surprised. I saved $90 in the process!
I was quite impressed with their patience in replying to my numerous emails due to my doubts about the key working, so not only was the product legit, but the service was impeccable.
I highly recommend Electronicsfirst and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was initially very excited about this website. They definitely had the best deal this year for Xbox gift cards. I was purchasing 8 cards. I made my purchase through PayPal. Everything seemed to be going well. But then I received an email asking me to verify my identity. I was to copy the code they sent into the spaces provided in the email. I did that. Then I was diverted to another page where they insisted I verify my identity with a copy of my picture ID drivers license. They said they were not interested in my address, so I blacked that out and also blacked out my drivers license number and my birthdate. I told them if what I had sent did not satisfy them, they should just cancel my order. The photo I sent proved to them that it was a valid and current NYS license…date issued…date of expiration with my photo on it. They cancelled my order. Asking for a copy of a drivers license/photo ID is not standard practice for online purchases. Furthermore…I have never been asked for my Photo ID when using a credit card in a store. I will never do business with this company again. I don’t need my drivers license and photo ID floating around in cyber space for crooks to steal. Think twice before doing business with this company. The next thing I will do is call PayPal!
