Needed a new boiler
Needed a new boiler, went through a few but eventually found Elect BM who gave me exactly what I asked for, and backed it up with evidence. Great service, very fast, and no issues from start to finish, even a personal touch from the Director who also gets involved. Highly Recommended. Jay L31

Faulty wiring
Found on Local Heroes late afternoon, but 6pm Brian was at the door and was quick to find and fix the wiring issue. Good service and would recommend.

Big let down
Arranged 2 appointments at different properties last week, the first for 11am. Hadn't arrived by 12.30 so I tried to ring but no answer on their main system so I rang a mobile and got through. Was told they would ring back after checking with the workman in question. They rang back half an hour later and said that he would be at the first address in a further 30-40 minutes. I left 2 hours later having heard nothing from them. The tenant in the premises, who had taken time off specially, stayed until 5 pm and no visit or phone call and not a peep since. Very disappointing as we had used them several times before but not again!!

New multipoint replacement
Just had a new multipoint replacement by Elect.
I was booked in within 4 day to have the job carried out and it was completed in a day.
What an excellent service and all staff were very helpful and friendly.
It wasn't the cheapest quote, but first class service. I would recommend this company to family and friends

Tiling job.
I used ElectBM for a small tiling job in a downstairs cloakroom. Les the tiler was professional, skilled and friendly. He completed the work to a very high specification. On that basis I would highly recommend the company.

Found the company on local heroes when…
Found the company on local heroes when my boiler stopped working. The engineer got it going but couldn’t diagnose the issue. A few day later it stopped working again, I got them out again and still he couldn’t say what was wrong but got it going again. It stopped working again today so lasted for less than 24 hours and I’m not willing to get them out again I will get someone else.

These are very professional, they re-wired my house, plastered, tiled and painted every trade that came into my house was professional and polite, I highly recommend this company to everyone and I will use them for all my future work, top class.
