The design of our bathroom was great, as was the en-suite.

I would like to express my special thanks to EKCO team for delivering us the bathroom design and smooth quality implementation.

Ekco was new to us, however, they helped me in my asks and clarified queries throughout the project, which helped me to make informed choices.

I appreciate your flexibility and customer focus.

We contacted EKCO to fix an issue with our Spitfire door which had been installed by another company who are no longer trading. Installation Manager Euan Minnock was extremely helpful and Karol who resolved the problem was pleasant and proficient. We are very happy with the service we received from EKCO.

Love my new S200 Spitfire door. The EKCO Team keep you informed through the whole purchase and delivery process. Karl and colleague were very helpful and efficient in removal and fitting the new door. The only niggle is that you are only able to view a few doors in the showroom and the brochure to choose your door is online. It's an expensive purchase to make when only seeing a thumbnail grained picture and images of the non standard colours are smaller still. However, I am delighted received lots of lovely comments from neighbours & friends.

Ekco came highly recommended on a well known Edinburgh Face Book page. From start to finish the customer service has been outstanding in every way. The lads who fitted our new aluminium crittall style patio doors (Karol and Bart) were first class and a credit to the company! Installed perfectly without mess or even the need for a paint touch up! We paid in full up front but didn’t worry for a minute, these guys do what they say when they say, and we are delighted with the result! Thanks to the Ekco team! From another happy customer!

There a company you can trust, we had a few issues with regards planning the glass house and start dates due to customs bringing the glass house in from Germany, but they always keep you in the loop and are honest with you.
The lads always worked hard, always in a tidy manner, polite and helpfull. So long as you make them a brew from time to time. The quality of the glass house is second to none. Also while the lads where working they by share fluke damaged one of the glass doors, agian highly professionally this was replaced by the lads without a drama.

Ordered replacement toilet seats via Ekco. Great service and communication.

I wanted a new front door and after searching I found Spitfire doors EKCO are the local agent for them . I found EKCO to have excellent customer service also they keep in contact with me through the design and manufacturing process. Over all great service.
My only little niggle was that they insisted on full payment by the the confirmed installation date I have to say I hesitated at this point with my purchase as most competitors had staged payments but the last 5% was held until the job was completed satisfactory, however in the end I needn't have worried the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Once again Ekco have provided a fantastic service. Knowledgeable and great advice during the sales and survey process from Calum and Euan and then fitting with Karol, Kevin and Brian and their team second to none! Workmanship fantastic, polite, hardworking and excellent attention to detail. Absolutely delighted! Thanks!

Replacement of front Door Entrance. Really impressed by the EKCO team, Quality of the product and Dealing with Cullum from the initial meeting through to the choosing of the correct door for us. First class installation work from Karol and assistant. all round a refreshingly good experience, many thanks.

We purchased an Origin French door set from a rival supplier in the West of Scotland as part of a major kitchen refurbishment project. Sadly the door’s weather seals suffered rodent damage while briefly stored in the garage prior to fitting in the building. The property is in a rural location and I really should have taken more precautions. In an attempt to obtain replacement seals I emailed and phoned the supplier to no avail – no replies.
I contacted Ekco where helpful staff Euan and Katie responded immediately and arranged for replacement seals to be delivered to my home. I can’t thank them enough for coming to the rescue and now the once compromised thermal performance of the French door is now fully restored. Well done Ekco!

EKCO designed & fitted our kitchen & utility room last Sept/Oct. It's more than 6 months since they were transformed and we still get a thrill when we walk into the kitchen each morning. Even on a dark miserable day, there is such a feeling of light and space. It's what everyone comments on when they visit. And of course, from a practical point of view everything works brilliantly and is a huge improvement on what we had before.

Huge thanks to Emma for the design and Gary the joiner and his team for the installation. The quality of the work, materials and appliances is excellent.

The customer service before, during and after completion was great too. Highly recommend.

Had aluclad windows installed by Ecko recently. Excellent service from start to finish, all staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and informative from start to finish. From the point of ordering we were kept updated on delivery times and any delays. Windows are high quality, were installed within 2 days, and installers were very helpful with any snags that arose with my old house. Highly recommend Ecko

5 star experience. Our second kitchen from Ecko. Professional start to finish. Very happy with the end result.

Appalling Customer Service - Avoid this company
Avoid this company. We worked closely with their design team which was great. The install, by our own installers, was also great. However, this is when you see the real face of this company!
Our kitchen was designed around two ovens. one of the ovens was ex-display as it was to match the combi oven we wanted in gun metal finish.
The new combi oven did not work and when i spoke with Ecko, their business and finance manager was rude, unhelpful and was not willing to help. He clearly does not know about consumer rights. He blamed Seimens and stated that they were terrible to deal with but i had to speak to them as he refused! Seimens were a delight to deal with and the relationship between Ecko and Seimens is clearly not good due to the head of business finance attitude.
It transpires that the combi oven sold to me was discontinued by Seimens years ago. Ecko had stock piled the appliances during the pandemic and were simply trying to get rid of the stock. This was clearly mis-selling by Ecko who knew the ovens were discontinued but did not inform me.
Seimens agreed to replace with a new oven....this is where it gets ridiculous....because the oven was discontinued i could not get the same appliance and the one available was in stainless steel. That would mean i had, in my brand new kitchen, two ovens that didnt match.
Ecko business and finance manager continued his appalling behaviour over the phone and refused to meet face to face to discuss possible options. He also stated that the directors, his parents, of the company would not be interested in the day to day complaints and that he was the most senior person and he was unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue.
After a number of pointless discussions, some which i have recorded, Ecko offered a new MATCHING oven but i would have to pay for it at a cost of another £700!!
So, i now have a kitchen costing over £30,000 with two ovens that don t match.
Please do not use this company. Their reputation as a caring family company could not be further from the truth. AVOID

The guys from Ekco did a fantastic job in renovating our bathroom. All great tradesmen who know their stuff. Special thanks to Krzysztof the tiler who put in an amazing day's work to get the tiling done. And thanks to everyone at the shop for providing such an excellent design. We're delighted with the outcome.

Our Bi fold corner joining doors were delivered and installed on site within 4 weeks of order. The company and its staff were fantastic to deal with, professional efficient, courteous, and friendly.

Excellent service, install and product. EKCO we're brilliant throughout the entire process. They provided clear quotes, we're available to discuss options and are very knowledgeable about their product. All team members who came to take measurements pre-install were very nice and on-time. The install was a problem free and it looks great. 100% would recommend them.

Great Company. They are easy to deal with and have a lovely showroom. Office Staff are good at keeping you up to date with progress on site and fitters are all clean and tidy.

Worst company ever , still sorting their mistakes years later . Still waiting on replacement glass years later . Avoid avoid avoid
