habe ein Angebot von Eibabo auf Kaufland Marktplaca gekauft, nach Annahme des Kaufes am 07.12.2024 erfolgte am 09.12.2024 eine Stornierung des Kaufes, am 10.12.2024 eine Rechnungslegung über den Kauf des Artikels, der am 11.12.2024 wieder gutgeschrieben wurde.
Alles misteriös und unseriös, auf der Homepage wird der Artikel nach wie vor angeboten...

Their support is horrible. I purchased the product exhaust fan Maico ER 100 VZ, which doesn't work. I had a technician to see the product, and he found out the circuit board was not working. This is the order number: 241202-1420665

Now, I am having difficulty contacting them and returning the product. I have tried calling them more than 10 times already, and they don't have anyone to answer me.

They lack respect for their customers, making things difficult if you need to return the product. I don't recommend Eibabo. They are not reliable.

J'ai commandé 100 clips de fixation "ABB GH 310" pour un montant de 85,77€. j'en ai reçu que 6 et avec un mois de retard. Si j'ai pas de réponses de leur part dans les 48 heures je vais faire une réclamation auprès de ma banque! Sur leur site mensonger il est inscrit un taux de satisfaction de 96%.

Pésima atención al cliente. Da igual que los tiempos que marcan en la web, da igual que escribas a distintos correos o en distintos idiomas, no sirve de nada. Como tengas un problema con el pedido olvídate.

Servicio atencion al cliente pesimo,llevo intentando contactar con ellos 3 dias,el telefono que dan solo comunica y por cooreo nada tengo claro que es la primera y ultima vez que compro nada aqui.

They sent me the wrong model and now they won't take it back because they do not accept returns of older models, they simply wanted to get rid of it. I even emailed them proof because they have the audacity to decline the return request when they have images of the right model I was supposed to receive. I absolutely do not recommend this provider at all!

It turns out they sent out the wrong model and when I put the claim they simply stated that they were not going to receive an older model when that’s the one they sent to me. PLEASE, under no circumstance get any product from this scammer; in case you do, I really hope you won’t be sorry!

I purchased one product, a Braun Silk Epil, but they sent me another product of much lower value. The online image of the product (a Braun Silk Epil 9) does not correspond to what appears on the invoice and what arrives at your home (a Braun Silk Epil 3 that costs three times less).

Telefonisch nie jemand erreichbar. Auch wenn man 60 Minuten in der Wartschleife bleibt. Lieferverzögerung nach Lieferverzögerung. Kommunikation mit vermeintlichen Mitarbeitern nicht möglich. Nach drei Wochen (!!!!) wird ohne Vorwarnung und Rückzahlung der Vorkasse die Bestellung storniert! Gelöscht aus dem Account. Es kam nicht mal eine Email! Ich habe nur zufällig reingeschaut. Rückmeldung oder Rückzahlung von Eibabo? Null. Geld weg.

Achtung vor diesem Laden. Die haben ihre Sache nicht mehr im Griff.

Confirmation de commande pour trois prises électrique le 14/03/2024. délai annoncé 14à 16 jours, soit tout début avril. Je reçois, jours 03/04/2024 un message du fournisseur annonçant des problèmes de livraison et un retard de 45 jours en plus du délai initial !!!!!. et on ne me propose même pas un remboursement !! SCANDALEUX. même depuis la chine c'est plus rapide. De plus le prduit en question est toujours en ligne avec un délai de livraison de 15 jours, soit le 18 avril et non le 15 mai comme annoncé.

Item brought from Uk website sent from abroad had to pay import duties and vat making the item way more expensive than Uk companies and came loose in a box no charger or case!! Absolute rip off

They delivered wrong equipment, i complained the very same day but they refuse to take return.
They waited for weeks with answere and changed mailadress during time…
This is not a fair partner to trust !!!

Never buy from this site.
They make it all look good and show good prices, but by the time you add DHL (so expensive) + duty + VAT on the goods + VAT on shipping + VAT on the duty.
It becomes very very expensive.
Then the delivery took ages, because 1 item all of a sudden Jo longer in stock.
God almighty. It's dreadful.
Then when I returned they deduct the shipping return costs from thebrefund

Livraison depuis l'Allemagne en 5 jours via DHL. Le colis était bien emballé et conforme à ma commande "variateur de vitesse Helios ESA 1" je suis prêt à renouveler mon expérience. Merci !

I bought 2 schneider plc module from them as the stock status on their website said that they had few in stock.

After buying it I can see that they claim up to 15 working days for the shipping time but as I´m in Denmark and they send from Germany I know for fact that is not going to take that much, not even with the most basic shipping method.

Today is the 15th working days and as I didn´t recieved it yet I wrote them just to make sure that it is almost here.

Now they say that they don´t have stock and there is delay from their supplier which is not my problem as they had to informe me about that before I was even able to buy their product and not when I´m supposed to recieve it (because I wrote them).

Do yourself a favor, buy somewhere else, it might be more expensive but you will at least get what you buy.

after 15 from order they ship and then change price.
never shop with them
