Bought a Rinnai tankless hot water heater from them via amazon. Doesn't work consistently. 3 different plumbers looked at it and got on the phone with Rinnai support ti no avail. Efaucet directs you to Rinnai and it is next to impossible to get a little e person. Terrible experience, will never buy anything from Efaucet.

I'm delighted with my purchase from eFaucets.com. The delivery was incredibly good and the product arrived in flowless condition.

I would give zero if I could. I bought a toilet from them on Amazon. While attempting to install I realized it was the wrong size. I was told if I returned the item undamaged I would get a full refund less shipping. Because I attempted installation there was a small amount of wax residue on the bottom. They claimed it was damage. It was not. They charged me a $140 restocking charge. Beware!

Beware! They sent the wrong item and would not refund my money or send the correct item - it was past the 60 day return period because our builder did not attempt to install in a timely manner. All out of my control, but awful customer service and would not take responsibility for sending the wrong item in the first place.

IF I COULD GIVE A LOWER STAR I WOULD. PAID EXTRA TO GET A TOILET ON FRIDAY. DIDNT GET BECAUSE OF UNFORSEEN WEATHER (FINE). GAVE US REFUND ON THAT. BUT WHEN IT DOES COME IN THE BOX CARRYING THE BOWL IS UPSIDE DOWN AND SMASHED TO BITS. SO WE WERE TOLD AFTER WE TOOK PICTURES AND SENT BACK TO THEM WE WOULD GET REFUND AND DOING SO IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS THEY WOULD DECIDE TO PICK UP OR LEAVE FOR US TO DISPOSE OF. NOW THEY WANT US TO FIND A DROP OFF CENTER FOR THE OTHER PACKAGE THAT WAS NOT DAMAGE AND DISPOSE OF THE DAMAGE BOX WHICH OUR GARBAGE WILL NOT TAKE AND PAY EXTRA FOR US TO DISPOSE. BEWARE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS IT WILL BE A HASSLE FOR YOU

I purchased the Brizo 64063LF-SS Litze Single Handle Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet with SmartTouch faucet in summer 2019 specifically for the Smart Touch feature. The product worked for about a week and then stopped working. My plumber installed and uninstalled the faucet 10 times under the watchful eye (virtually) of the Delta reps we were assigned, A new solenoid was sent and installed. It did not work. The faucet was replaced (finally) with another brand new solenoid. IT did not work. The promise of a more sensitive solenoid was made 63 days ago and I have not received it. I spent over $700 on a faucet that doesn't operate as described and now, when I went to write a review of the product, I get a message saying "Merchant does not exist". DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT and READ eFaucets' return policy carefully: if your product is opened, you cannot return it. What?

Items were delivered on time and the product was packed very well which prevented any damage to the toilet.

Bought a "hotel style" towel rack. Opened the box when received and verified everything looked ok. Because we had a bathroom remodel in progress, did not attempt to install until 2 months and 1 day after I received the towel rack. While trying to assemble the rack, which has 3 bar, found it was impossible. The top bar/shelf was 1/8 inch short, while the middle bar was 1/8 inch long...using simple geometry, this means the 3 bar was nearly 1/2 too short to fit. There is not possible way to assemble the piece of garbage. Also noted that the package with bolts in the box had been opened and taped back shut. I expect it was already returned by someone else and then shipped to me. When discussing with efaucet customer server, they made it expressedly clear, they could NOT help me as it had been more than 60 days since I purchased....no consideration for shipping time or fundamentally defective product. Wish I could include pics, as you would be shocked how badly this product was machined.

Good experience all around. If I need anything for my bath or kitchen I will start here.

I was pleased that my faucet arrived quickly after ordering. However, my plumber quickly discovered that it did not fit our sink even though both were Kohler. We have waited for a week for the return information via e-mail, and have yet to hear. I will call again today.
