So far I haven't dived into the system however I am super excited to explore!! Daniel Has done an amazing job getting me onboarded and I feel the system is going to give me exactly what I envision!

The website honestly is very good and help to learn more about the Tustpilot app

The software is easy to use and the onboarding was easy. The demo sold me as the agent took his time to explain how everything works.

The knowledge of the support staff has been fantastic.

I'm excited to get my company directory started. I don't feel very welcome though. It feels 'routine'; just another sale. I haven't been followed up with to see if I need anything; no direction. I feel left out to fend for myself off the bat. That isn't a way to get a client started. I'm excited, for me, and disappointed, for eDirectory, at the same time.

It's early days but Daniel was very helpful and responsive.
So far all looks good.

I have recently purchased the edirectory latest version. So far Purchase process was very nice. My account manager Daniel helped me in all ways over zoom call and with multiple mails also. He was never behind unnecessary sales followup. He was patient and answering my queries.
I had evaluated edirectory and found its very good and extensive in features.

We have discussed with Multiple agencies to develop such portal, every one has suggested to 3 Months minimum time to be live, then we have approached Jasya Consultancy, they have shown us this readymade solution, they have helped us to negotiate & purchase, after purchase instant activation with all guidance, We liked complete process & options till now.. Hope we can create best from edirectory,

I worked with Dainel and he was great and helpful. Chose Edirectory to attract more customers. As I' am currently using idea Directory and it's decent but not enough features that I need. I came to the right place and hopefully gain a lot of success from this change.

it is simple enough to use

I was struggling to build an app from scratch that would have cost much more than using this program. This program answers all my project needs and the process to get started was seamless. Thank you, Daniel, for all your help.

My experience was Excellent! The customer service I received from my Senior Account Executive Daniel Storm was very informative and he answered every question I had perfectly. I am glad I went with eDirectory!

Where to start.. I read through the good and the bad, and looking at the bad thought, "No, no company could be as bad as these people say". It is TRULY just as bad. My experience felt like this was a company from an early 2000s time capsule.

Now I do want to say there is some good to this company. The people were nice, and they are genuinely trying to provide a service for those who need it.

This is the entire experience from start to finish:

Intro Meeting:
I had an intro call with a gentleman to see whether the product could do what I was looking for. He seemed to want to stick to his script (About features I'd already learned about), and when I'd steer the subject to the specific items of importance to me, he seemed to get annoyed. This should have been a warning, but I persevered. During this meeting I was mislead as to what capabilities the system actually has.

The Product:
The system is atrocious, it took nearly two weeks before I could get access (After I paid for it), due to numerous bugs and problems in the software. After I finally got access , to my chagrin I learned that all of the features I needed were A) Either behind a paywall or B) Would cost me upwards of 2K to get "custom coded". The sites themselves were sloppy and while they looked good for the mid 2010s, times have changed.

Overall I was extremely disappointed as not only had I wasted nearly a month trying to get a project going, but it was going to cost another astronomical amount to get some basic features.

I decided to let my payments lapse, and got an email saying my account had been suspended. I assumed that meant I would not be charged again. There was no mention of them charging again or anything of the sort, only a link to reactivate the site. Keep in mind that you can't cancel your subscription on the platform, you have to reach out to support.

Well I was surprised two months later to see a charge on my card. As it was a weekend I had to wait for service to be available the next Monday. I explained my case, and they were gracious enough to offer me a refund and cancel the subscription there. The problem was I during the time I had to wait for service to be available the exchange rate changed. So I had money withdrawn from my account without my consent, and when I asked for a refund I received 20% less than what had been withdrawn. I brought this up with the company and they said there is nothing they could do and would not make an exception. It wasn't a large sum of money, but it is the principle.

Overall, if you are a retiree and enjoy solving problems for a hobby project and have unlimited money to spend on a company this is your platform. And I don't mean this in a negative way, there is a place for this company, and it is for those who have plenty to spend and want a hobby project.

If you do have a budget and want something modern that works well, there are plenty of other options out there. I for example have been able to achieve a better result (including full functionality and a much better UI/UX) than what I could have hoped for with eDirectory by using Webflow and Airtable. The kicker is it was a lower cost for an entire site than it would have to get a custom form made on eDirectory.

So far the experience has been great. Easy to follow instructions and building out the website.

Daniel’s customer service was great and the teams willingness to help me get through some executive decisions was extremely accomodating.
