Scooter broke down after 3 months
Scooter broke down after 3 months , totally dependant on it waited 9. Days for it to be repaired Machanic managed to disconnect a wire leading to the charger therefore scooter wouldn’t work , waited another 8 days for Machanic to come again he said he would order another set of wires that was 3 weeks ago have not heard from them since. Scooter was brand new latest model , disgusting, fora new model to break down in the first place. I had 8 taxis and paid out £400 for dog walkers plus expected to pay monthly rental dreadful company

I visited the Eden Mobility shop in Scarborough
I visited the Eden Mobility shop in Scarborough with my son on the 11th of August. I was looking for a reliable walking stick.
A lovely lady called Camilla helped me to choose just what I needed.
A Gel Cane Walking Stick with a very good handle. Camilla adjusted the stick to the correct height for me.
My new walking stick has been brilliant and I have been able to walk alot better than I did before.
Thank you Camilla for your care, kindness and advice. You took the time to help me knowing that I was suffering quite alot of pain and discomfort.
If ever I need to buy anything else to help me with my mobility I will shop with you again.

Vicky at Scarborough shop was patience…
Vicky at Scarborough shop was patience personified! We went into the shop with a totally different idea of what we wanted to what we bought. Thanks to Vicky's very helpful assessment of our needs we were able to make a fully informed decision of which mobility scooter was best for our needs. Vicky was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Not at all pushy. She wanted us to have the scooter which suited us best and we know, that thanks to her expertise, we have bought just that. She moved heaven and earth to get the scooter delivered earlier than originally promised so that we could have it for the next country show. We cannot thank her enough. This is a very friendly store, with highly trained and very helpful staff. I cannot recommend them too highly for their quality product and concerned staff.

First Class Service
I was in town with my mum yesterday (30/7/26) and the bottom part of her walking stick came apart. She thought she’d lost a small part from it that held it altogether, so we went into Eden Mobility to see if they could help us. We saw Camilla, who was very helpful. She took a look at it, and it turned out that my mum hadn’t lost anything. It had just come loose. She went out of her way to help us. I was so grateful as I didn’t really know what to do! She tightened it all up for my mum and also gave her the gadget that she used. We couldn’t ask for better service, so thank you very much, Camilla!

Very satisfied customer
My friend and I visited Eden Mobility in Scarborough
to see if we could get a replacement star knob for a walker rollator which was missing and not ideal. We were on holiday and just visiting for day.
The assistant Camilla could not have been more helpful. She found one amongst misc spare parts and kindly fitted it. No charge was made and she refused any payment or gratuity.

On a recent day trip to Scarborough I…
On a recent day trip to Scarborough I suffered a malfunction with my stroller...I lost a vital screw! I went into EDEN mobility hoping they may have someone who could help and an angel called Rachel sorted out the problem for me in seconds meaning i could safely enjoy my day and get home in one piece. I would highly reccommend EDEN mobility Scarborough. Rachel is an assett to the company. I would travel to Scarborough for any future purchases. Thank you again Rachel.

Came into the Scarborough store as I had an issue with my scooter (Racheal) was very helpful and informative about the service I would receive and offered me extra service regarding insurance which put my mind at rest to know I would have assistance if needed whilst out on my scooter very helpful

Thank you to camilla the manager, i was looking for a strong walking stick as i am a tall man with different mobility issues, camilla showed me the rehand walking stick with 4 rubber feet on it, nothing was to much trouble for her, i was shown different colours, how to adjust the stick, camilla was very professional in her job, first class service, thank you.

Bought a reconditioned scooter about a…
Bought a reconditioned scooter about a month ago.
From Scarborough shop, from the moment we entered the store, we were made very welcome and were given so much positive vibes and plenty of good information on scooters.
I did buy one. Process was fuss free. Delivered in time scale we requested. Lady in shop was a very informative about what I needed.
Definitely use this shop again if needed.
The scooter is a life saver giving me my independence back.

Camilla in Scarborough fixed me up
My Mobility wheels that I bought from Amazon collapsed on the bus!
I was in a right state, I can't walk without them. All I could think about was Eden Mobility. I had to get down there sharpish.
Luckily I managed it and saw Camilla, what a lovely kind lady. She managed to re assemble it in no time.
I wanted to pay for the service, but she wouldn't take any money. She saved my life!
