Lucie explained everything 100 percent she made me feel at ease

Took my neighbour for a look at Mobility scooters & we was put at ease straight away by lovely Lucie. She explained everything so simply & did a health check to make sure he got the right one. It was a pleasure from start to finish & no pressure to buy anything. Thank you Lucie for all your help. You are a credit to Eden Mobility.

Came into store today with my Nan, for a walking stick. Lucie went above and beyond, she didn’t just sell my Nan a stick, Lucie sized it correctly to her wrist watch and made sure Nan felt comfortable with it encouraging her to walk around the store with it before committing to buying. I’ve never known anything like it Nan has had several sticks and never had that before. Lucie took so much pride in the service she gave. She showed us boards of satisfied customers and invited us to coffee morning, thanks Lucie you made our day!

Lucie was amazing and really informative. She has a real passion for the community and invited me along to the next coffee morning which I am really looking forward to. I had a great experience and Lucie was a pleasure to be around. Thankyou , Lucie.

Lucie was excellent today she gave us very good advice on the choice of wheelchair for my mum and explained the difference in the wheelchairs we were looking at, her knowledge definitely helped us make our decision.

We went to Eden Mobility in Oldham to have a look at mobility scooters for my husband. Lucie at Eden Mobility was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable about the scooters & her customer service was excellent suffice to say we bought a scooter from them

Visited the showroom & was received by the wonderful Lucie! Lucie has great product knowledge & advised me about a rollator & illustrated safety aspects. Lucie has a pleasant, cheerful disposition & her patience & sunny personsality made me feel at ease immediately & she more than met my expectations. I could tell my her “regulars” who visited the store while I was there how highly regarded & respected she is. A very friendly, lovely lady who gets full marks from me (…& I love my new rollator 😀) 🏅

Lucie, goes above and beyond to help you. We've been a few times and Lucie has always done everything in her power to help find a solution when we've struggled with the chair we have for my dad. Lucie is a credit to the store and deserves a raise for her hard work.

Went in the shop earlier today to buy my mum a wheelchair. We walked in and there was a coffee morning taking place with a group of people with mobility issues what a fabulous thing to do to get people together.
Lucie was very helpful went above and beyond and we was very satisfied with our purchase and the customer service was 100%

I went to the Oldham branch as it’s closest to me. I was extremely nervous as I have a large number of health issues but as soon as I got into the store I was greeted by the store manager a lovely young lady called Lucie. She instantly put my mind at ease & made me feel valued & visible as I explained my health needs. Lucie is incredibly supportive & person centred she made me feel safe & important all the time that I was with her in the store discussing my specific situation & most importantly I did not feel rushed at all. She was so patient with me & I was there for quite a long time.

Had a great experience at Eden Mobility. Lucie was great and helped us find the best option for my Gran. Such lovely service, lucie is amazing!

My daughter is 18 and i was stuggling with my daughters sensory issues and finding something that was not going to stick all over my house and the texture has to be just right. Lucie recommended the stress/hand mobiltiy balls that she could just hold and squeeze in her pocket, they have become a life saver while we are out to calm nerves and anxiety now my daughter goes to vist lucie before collage and even pops in sometime for coffee morning so she can have a treat as lucie always gets something she likes. My daughter doesnt like alot of people but lucie always makes her feel calm and relaxed and and is someone to talk to when needed or lonely thanks lucie great job x

I recently called into the shop to purchase something for my Aunt.
I was greeted by a lovely lady called Lucie who advised me on the best item to purchase, She was very friendly and professional. There was, what seemed like a coffee morning going on and people were sat chatting and laughing. I was invited to stay for a coffee and biscuits, I decided to take up the offer. I spoke to a few of the customers who praised Lucie and Martin who go up and beyond for their customers. The atmosphere was buzzing and it was so lovely to see these customers, who probably don't get out much having fun and talking to like minded people. I can't praise Lucie and Martin enough, these are two dedicated staff who genuinely care for their customers. It was brilliant. 10/10 well done 👏

Lucie is caring and kind, we had a wonderful experience we was only walking by the store and she was at the door, mum’s walking stick was making an odd noise when it hit the floor and Lucie offered to tighten it up for her. She invited us to coffee mornings the next day and showed us some photographs of what she called coffee sippers enjoying a gathering, I brought mum the next day we bought some washable bed pads. Mum said she’d had a great time and would like to attend future coffee mornings.

Spoke with Lucie at the Oldham branch looking for a mobility scooter for my mum. Lucie was really helpful and knowledgeable about the different scooters. We were looking for one that would go in the boot we had one in mind but after Lucie went through it with us decided it was too heavy we looked at a lightweight one and one that was on sale mum tried both and picked the one on sale one Happy mum. Thanks to Lucie for looking after us great customer service

Absolutely disgraceful company last year I phoned regarding a power wheelchair I was told they would bring two out for us to try out he turned up with one wheelchair that had no battery pack and was asking for a £200 deposit there and then for something we can't even try out.
. Last week my next door neighbour past away the week before she passed they payed eden £3.500 for a stair lift its been used once. Today my grieving neighbour came round to tell me eden will only give him £500 for them to take it back. Disgraceful company and should be ashamed for praying on the disabled.
