Jane was excellent in helping my wife buy her first mobility scooter. She could not have been more helpful. Many thanks the wife is very happy with her purchase.

We visited the Fareham store today, as we have been looking into getting my husband a mobility scooter. As soon as we entered the shop Jane came and asked if we needed help, and then went on to help and show us a range of different scooters. Jane is very knowledgable about the range of products available. We went on to purchase a folding scooter and a main scooter. Fareham is very lucky to have such a friendly and happy member of staff. 😁👍

Jane is always so very helpful and knowledgeable about the range of products available both within her own shop or online.

Needed to find the right mobiity scooter for my husband and visited the shop in Fareham. The service we received was second to none so thank you Jane for bending over backwards to help us and thank you Neil for putting yourself out of your way to visit us a second time on the same day to bring and demonstrate the right scooter to meet my husbands needs.

I had to visit the Fareham store today has I had lost my walking stick
Jane and her colleague were kind, compassionate and professional, helped me choose a stick identical to my old broken one, helped me to not pay VAT, because of my disability and I was able to continue my bus journey home.

I would like to thank Jane the manager of the Fareham branch in Hampshire. The service I was given over a few weeks was well above the standard of other companies. She spent a lot of time finding the scooter that I needed never to much of a problem to help . Please could you pass my thanks to Jane and Eden for sorting my needs. Excellent service from Jane in the Fareham store. Understood my requirements, showed alternatives explaining differences enabling me to make a choice. Scooter delivered earlier than promised and its use demonstrated clearly by delivery man. All done in a week from start to finish.

Awaiting replacement now, so will update once new product received.
We bought this product 5 months ago, after a month it needed a replacement battery, after 3 miles the battery was depleted instead of advertised 9 miles. We then had a complete breakdown of the product whilst out shopping in January, which resulted in the need for a new motor and brake motor. Whilst awaiting the engineer (unplugged and battery not in) the main battery connector burnt out and the product was smoking. They have not been able to use the product for 5 weeks and we’re awaiting second replacement battery, with no timescales for sorting. The shop itself has been excellent, engineers and service unacceptable. (Update, now 8 weeks not been able to use, product removed and still not fixed or workable).
