I upgraded this product as per advice from their on-line chat. It has taken over two weeks for them to get it to work while they blamed Microsoft 365 (that new and never used product) for causing throttling issues. It has been a truly awful experience from arrogant staff. Honestly you would think I was the first person to try moving email from a 365 server.

I was hit by ransomware and had to reinstall on the same computer it was previously running on, support would not allow this as we had already installed the software before on the same pc and wanted to sell us an upgrade the cost over 50% of the original purchase price. Really crap service in a time of need.

purchased this a few years ago for an exchange migration, needed to migrate it an other server a few years later and the software still worked and even got the updates for the new server.

This application cost me the most. I tried to cheap out with it on a EDB recovery case, and it was a massive mistake. It literally messed things up, from missing contacts to removing letters from email addresses, to showing Errors but simulating it was still doing something until hours later showing the logs with the Errors. Such a Waste of Time. I even restored a Database from a Backup and same issues. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS
