We employed Eco 7 Ltd to eradicate a serious pigeon pest problem. Having looked extensively at different companies, we felt that Eco 7 and their work examples were what we were looking for. Craig at head office couldn’t e more helpful and we made an appointment.

Joe and Lee arrived and immediately filled us with confidence that they were expert at their job. They are completely customer-focussed and ensured that all pigeon detritus was removed from under our solar panels before completing a really first-class installation of the wire all around the edges of our (16) panels. Very pleasant, quality operatives.

We would highly recommend Eco 7 to anyone with similar oblems

Lee has just changed my sunny boy inverter,which stopped working on 19/04/21, in all it took him about half an hour, and i must say what a pleasant young man he is, his work was top standard and i can't fault his work in any way, i must also sing the praise for Craig who i first spoke to arrange for fitting, top marks guys, keep up the good work

Great advice over phone and turned up on the due date. Eco7 team did an excellent job on the day fitting mesh around my solar panels and cleaning the panels. I cannot fault them! Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

I left an email at 6.30 am. I was worried that my inverter wasn’t working as the display showed zero generation. I received a friendly and most helpful phone call before 9.30 which patiently talked me through my problem and found a solution (3 new batteries) all for free!
I will definitely go to Eco7 Ltd when I next have any problems with my solar system or when I wish to upgrade it.

Spoke to Craig for advice regarding a pigeon problem with my solar panels. He was professional and answered all of my concerns and queries. I contacted Craig for advice on my existing 9 year old inverter after being told that it was faulty. Craig told me that all that was required was a replacement. His team were on site 3 days later and replaced my inverter with a more efficient one with a WiFi monitoring system. The work was carried out swiftly and extremely professionally. I would recommend his company to anyone who has anything that requires his services. Advice is free and you get only what you need at a very fair price

Excellent service, excellent communication. Our original inverter died and Craig was able to explain what was needed. I'd already done a quote on the web so knew the all in cost which we were very happy with and it has a 10 year guarantee. Excellent value. Went for a WiFi option so we can monitor in real time. No hesitation in recommending.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would without hesitation a great experience with this company and I can’t give enough praise to guys who turned up at property who were polite and tidy and great at what they done (joe and lee) a credit to your company.

My Solax inverter stopped working after 2 years, I contacted Craig at Eco7Energy as I have a 20 year guarantee. Yesterday two engineers (Lee & Joe) arrived and replaced my inverter in approx 20 minutes. Many thanks to all at Eco7Energy for all your help and doing such a great job, much appreciated.

UPDATE Sadly this is two star update to my initial review.

Although our system was fully charging the batteries they would be totally discharged during the evening or overnight. This meant we would be without emergency power - the primary objective of having a battery back up supply.

Although situation fully explained to Eco7 they did not as the legally obliged retailer take full responsibility to resolve the matter.

We needed to go to the manufacturer. Fortunately we were able to follow the complex instructions they provided to post them the detailed set up. Others would not be able to do this.

It was established that the system had been set up by the installers with incorrectl settings! Once this was rectified we could see from the mobile App that grid electricity would be supplied to ensure batteries did not empty completely.

Eco7 have yet to supply and install two additional batteries we have ordered from them and ensure a maximum reserve battery power set up

Not the best of after sales service!

Thanks Eco7Energy for helping us out quickly when our original proposed installer hiked the price well over that quoted on their webpage.

In the impressive, but long, final report and quotation some customers would have missed an unfair addition by the original contractor.

Mine was the first review of that business on Trustpilot.
I considered the failure to pick up the overpricing was a serious matter that justified me providing that contractor with only a two star review

So here are my five star reasons for using Eco7Energy instead:-

*final estimate and invoice on matched exactly specification of that of their competitor but at a fair price

*efficient team work from Craig at their office and Lee and Joe from their installation team resulted in us our equipment being supplied and fitted only a few days after confirmation of our order

*we thought we might be overwhelmed with technology but the Solar ME3000SP controller showed us very clearly what was happening. A few rays of sunshine on a dull day gave a charge in our favour that was cancelled out by turning a kettle on. The batteries arrived partly charged and this charge has not been reduced. At night our low use was switched by the unit to mains supply.

* despite snow and Covid restrictions the installation team arrived as promised and in masks fixed everything following precautions to minimise spread of infectious disease.

* we are reasonably experienced Windows and Android users. We were delighted that Eco7 completed the installation of Solarman software that had been downloaded on our tablet. Watched from a safe distance the use of installation team mobiles to record and utilise the equipment codes would have caused us problems! There were password problems but we are familiar that our Fritzbox router needing a twenty digit key as a password. What seemed to cause issues was that a verification code from Solarman went to the spam box of our Windows 10 desktop but not visible on our tablet or Eco7 mobiles. All worked well once that verification code had been utilised.

I needed my inverter replacing, Eco7 Ltd, responded quickly to my issues, request(s) and queries. I live in rural Lincolnshire and assumed this would cause a delay in installation dates, however they were able to meet my timeline in terms of installation,(1 Day turnaround). The installation was pain free in terms of the install team cleaned up after themselves and removed all traces of them having been there. There were no hidden extras, the price quoted was the price paid. Overall very impressed with the entire process.

Excellent service all round. Answered all my technical questioned on first phone call, I then sent photo's of position for equipment which was agreed with agent. Engineers arrived within a week and completed the work, very tidy and covid safe. An efficient friendly and reliable company. Many thanks.
