Delighted with the service from start to finish. I felt reassured and confident that Craig knew exactly what was needed from the first telephone contact. Clear prompt and efficient. I couldn't have expected any better.

Very friendly and excellent and fast service I strongly recommend 💯

Craig and his colleague were very efficient, maintaining correct social distancing throughout. Their response was nice and timely and they were very cheerful and positive.

Very efficient team who replaced the inverter. I cannot fault the service we received. Full marks.

Unfortunately, our Aurora inverter failed with a known circuit board issue a few weeks ago. As we still had a couple of years left on the warranty, we contacted our installer. Although they did get back to us, they weren’t able to provide any assistance as they were in lock-down. We offered them several solutions, including sending the inverter to their depot for repair or replacement. However, they weren’t open to this, or any of our other suggestions, and basically said they were unable to assist us at this time. As we had no way of knowing how long this situation may continue, we decided to try and find an alternative company that would be able to supply us with a replacement inverter.

During our search, we stumbled on Eco7’s site, which piqued our interest! Although not particularly local, we decided to drop them an email explaining our predicament, and a short time later Craig responded.

We were impressed with his genuine passion and knowledge about everything solar-related, and he enjoyed sharing his thoughts and suggestions with us. Several emails and phone calls later, we were on track to not only finding a replacement inverter, but a far better and ‘greener’ system. He was also prepared to fit the system himself, and within just a few short days he arrived with two colleagues to get us back up and running!

Craig kept us fully informed throughout, and both he and his team are very professional and friendly ... albeit at a ‘social distance’! Their workmanship is also very tight and efficient, and there was very little disturbance. We’re also very pleased with the choice of hardware and the neat cable runs.

About our system: We opted for a Solex X1-3.6 inverter (a neat upgrade to our previous system!) together with an AC coupled SoFar ME3000 inverter and two 2.4 kWh SoFar Amass batteries.

Although we’d previously thought about installing greater battery capacity, Craig suggested trying out the system first with two batteries to see how everything performed, and should we require more capacity going forward, then he would be more than happy to pop back another time.

We’ve been using the system now for almost a week and ‘SoFar so good’!

Well done to Craig and everyone at Eco7 for, quite literally, putting the sunshine back into our lives! Excellent job guys ... thanks a million 😊

Hi, I'm looking to install Solar panels for my house and go green and offcourse save money hopefully. I was talking to another company but I saw the 5 star rating in customer service. Can you help me?

Craig and his colleague replaced my inverter in under 20 minutes despite working with protective masks and using their own ladder to access my loft to avoid cross contamination. They travelled up from Essex to Nottinghamshire as I could not get any local company to do the job.

I got a price from the site, Craig phoned me to check things, he was very helpful. Job was done a few days later, in and out in less than a half-hour, no mess no bother, Job jobbed ! 10 yr warranty on inverter all good.

very prompt service, 2 nice chaps fitted inverter correctly, was just a little lower than old one. would recommend their services.

The two who came were courteous and efficient. Communications with the company were prompt and precise

Easy to complete internet page that gave an instant price for replacement inverter. There was no hard sell, a price was given then left to you as to proceed or not, unlike some companies who will call to try push their product. They fitted the replacement inverter within a week of placing the order. They were very professional, helpful and efficient. I am a person who is not easily impressed, but I can honestly say I would recommend Eco7 Ltd. They did an excellent job.

Quick, clean and tidy. All it could be for good service.
