Worst Mortgage Broker Experience - Avoid!

Seriously, don't waste your time with this broker. There are far better options out there.

I engaged them to remortgage a property, and for over four weeks, absolutely nothing was accomplished. My file sat with Senior Broker "R.N." for a month with zero movement. He'd receive updates from the bank or vendor and then pass them to me a week later. After a month of this stagnation, he finally informed me he was no longer interested in my file.

The most frustrating part? I went to another broker, and within just four days, my file was already with the lender's solicitors.

What's truly baffling is that it was for the same lender, , who this broker (Echofinance) couldn't do anything with a whole month wasted.

This was, without a doubt, the worst mortgage broker experience I've ever had.

No information was concealed. The same information i gave you is what i gave the other broker, and i got results in only 4 days

He has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, no question too many, always available if I had a query, was friendly, professional and took the stress and strain out of arranging and sorting a remortgage. Due to me being a first time buyer, useless at being able to process paperwork and being very ill at the time of wanting to purchase a property, my work colleague recommended using this company.

Mark Collender has been an absolute godsend in making things happen even whilst I was in hospital. Multiple false starts and when finally finding a property that was purchasable, Mark having to deal with inept estate agents. There is no possible way that I could have dealt with all of this on my own and even though the property is sold subject to contract, Mark is there to deal with any queries that I have.
