This is the most sorry excuse of a shed not only was the material subpar but the parts where missing and the call centre is in the Philippines, and the prefabricated material was out by 15mm and were bowed when assessing, will not be buying another one.

I purchased a shed from Easy Shed less than 18 months ago. Despite correct installation and following all recommended maintenance, it began to rust within the first year. By 18 months, the rust is so severe that the door is falling off.
I chose Easy Shed based on the impression that they offered a lifetime warranty, with no clear exclusions listed online. The “full warranty information” link on their site just leads to an email address. When I sought support, I was told rust isn’t covered and the issue was blamed on slab height. However, a previous smaller shed on the same slab lasted for years without issue- clearly indicating a product quality problem.
They initially promised a subsidised quote for replacement parts. After weeks of back-and-forth and resending the same part list multiple times, I received only a vague “ballpark” figure- more than 75% of the cost of a new shed- with no guarantee of longevity or firm pricing.
The entire experience has been slow, frustrating, and ultimately a waste of time. The warranty is misleading and the support lacking. If you’re looking for a durable product and a company that stands by its claims, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The shed was inferior, difficult to make, even hired a professional shed builder to ensure it was erected correctly and with extra support. First stormy night the shed was left flattened, roof blew off, even with extra screws. the walls twisted and the whole shed was destroyed. Asked for a refund or replacement, not that I believe in their ability anymore to manufacture a shed. I was told I had 5 days to ask for that. They have a lifetime warrantee and do not stand by it. Disgraceful that you call yourself Australian.

I much appreciated Ryan' help in adding an extra shed to my order and getting me the best deal. Very prompt service and very helpful.

I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service I received from Mich at Easy Sheds was absolutely outstanding! Her online communication was fantastic – she patiently helped me with all my queries, explained everything thoroughly, and ultimately guided me to select the perfect shed for my needs. It made the entire process so easy and enjoyable.

I can't recommend Easy Sheds highly enough, and if you're looking for a shed, definitely speak to Mich. She's an absolute superstar!
