This company is scammers and should be closed down !!😡 they took £9.95 after I fell for a garden storage scam from Dunhelm and took a survey still thinking it was Dunhelm then I approved a payment though my bank and authorised a payment for £2 it wasn’t £2 they took £9.95 . I phoned the fraud line to stop my card and issue me with a new one, reading some of your reviews I’ve got off lightly! also notified Dunhelm and they have had many calls about this scam. They have closed it down apparently.

Scammers! Do not sign up to anything!

I was scammed by this company who set up a monthly fee of £39.37 however they never send you any correspondence to tell you. Then when I emailed them to tell them to close my account the play innocent denying that the dont respond and give you some cabbage about a 3 day trial which again is never emailed and told at point of transaction.

SCAMMERS! Initially took £9.95 from my account following a survey regarding Burkenstocks on FACEBOOK. They then proceeded to take £39.47 2 weeks later, followed by another £39.47 2 weeks after that!!!

Scam they took £39 out of my bank and I don’t know what it is or who they are don’t do it

I received a email that evaded my spam filter offering a free M&S treat. Mistakenly I clicked on it that took me to a website that wanted £1 for admin. I paid and since then they have been back twice for £39.47 the latest one this morning.

Very disappointed they have taken £39.00 out of my account which I never agreed with it..pls can someone tel me how I can cancel this ?

Took £39.47 out of my bank ..won't reply to me for a refund ..there a disgrace .taking money of people .do not use them .

took £9.95 out of my bank which I bought trainers with ..then 3 days later took £39.47 out which I haven't bought anything else and can't get in touch with them to sort out .

Then tried to take another £39 out the next week without contacting me have since frozen the account with a view to closing my account

Scam company. Take a small payment for something that seems safe, keep your card details then try and take more......luckily bank picked up on it and my card has been cancelled. Do not have any dealings with them

£1 taken from my as part of a deal/scam of which I was unaware. Fraud team at the bank advised to contact them to ensure no further funds are taken.
Messaged them via live chat on Wednesday. Saturday today and no contact other than confirming my email. Looks like I'll have to cancel my card.

I was just debited $75 from a company I've never heard of & never given permission to access my account ....especially not to debit money from me! This is disgusting 🫣

Les he denunciado en la policia porque me cogieron los datos de mi tarjeta y utilizaron 47€. Deberían controlar más quien hace los pagos, verificar que la persona es el propietario de las tarjetas ya que están defraudando a muchas de ellas

I can't believe that this company can get away with SCAMMING good honest decent people. I am not to clever with technology so I thought I had purchased a £2 pass and foolishly gave my card details. I regretted as soon as l had done so. I even went to the bus station to enquire if it was viable of course it wasn't and I was not the only person who had asked at the bus station. For 3 weeks I saw that this company was trying to obtain my money they were all declined until last week and the money l had to pay my gas/electric bill was taken by this SCAMMING company. Somebody needs to put a stop to this Soul Destroying business 😒

Scammers using a parking app to gain your banking details

Scammers they have taken 2 × £42 from my card without authorisation and no goods received.I do not even know who they are.
This is blatant theft.
I have just spoken to my bank and the card has been blocked and an investigation is now proceeding.
After a few email exchanges they stopped responding.
Their second email informed me they had deleted my account and information but I never subscribed to them and this happened after I demanded my money back.very quick to do this.
It is very interesting that they did this as I had not asked them to do anything except refunded me. A clear case of covering. They are scammers and have been reported to the Police and bank fraud offices.
